Disconnecting existing tanks (exc 250& n exc 500 ltr) setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, Cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnecting and re fixing in position(cleaning repairing etc measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto - all as above item No 1 but for ( exc 500 & n exc 1000) ltr tank.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt ,etc,from tanks (500ltr) and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto - all as above item No 3 but for 1000 ltr tank.

M&L for PCC 25mm thick 1:2:4 of type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level (incl cutting reinforcement and removing the rubbish to a distance n exc 100 mtr all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes , drain etc) Chula hoods, chajjas, water through managers shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel bars (TMT) 10mm dia, and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping ends for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing water proofing treatment and preparing surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge / GE including taking down existing plaster, cleaning of all foreign material such as grass, roots, dust etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushing and washing down to remove dust etc. flushing at junction of parapets complete and removing the same to the places where directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on roof surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of roof surfaces, applying a coat of primer@ 0.40Kgs/sqm applying a coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @1.2kg/sqm supplying and laying water proofing treatment with using polymeric water proofing membrane (weight not less then 3kg/Sqm) consisting of 100 micron HMHDPE film centre core including applying a coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2kg per sqm on top surface of membrane and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlap where required and finally finished with and including a coat of aluminium paint @0.20Ltr/Sqm as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old 110/75 mm bore PVC(SWR)/ cast iron pipes in any position .complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with greting incl jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using( 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/foot path finishing cement concrete even and fair incl filling the expension joints with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid in panel finished even and smooth with using extra cement as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass dividing strip 3mm thick and 22mm wide in flooring complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and base of drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning roof surface such as grass ,soils etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing of all slit , dirt, mud etc from inside the surface drain at any size and depth by manually or mechanically at various places Note: All items including (with men and material) should be necessary for this work will be arranged by the contractor).

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 28,475.00
