Excavation post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil returnig filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making the surface good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 Nominal mix using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS - 1161, Grade St - 240, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The subject item shall be executed as per line sketch attached along with Particular specification of the subject tender and the successful contractor required to adhere with sections provided in concerned line sketch However the dimension of the shed to be erected shall be finalised by the Engineer-in-Charge during execution only.

S&F Mild steel plates ( Plain or chequred) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk ) conforming holes without any attchement ( Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Aluminium flat iron work in, wind ties screwed as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of Zinc yellow metal primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall vertical for rain pipe including necessary clamps etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends suitable for fixing with PVC (SWR) pipe along with fixing solution complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on brick/block wall or concrete surfaces finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whitening on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 Nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of flooring including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B-2 Nominal mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring broom finished including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm using available soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) (1:2:4) Type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) (1:2:4) Type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in columns,pillars, piers, posts and struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.21 above but 6 mm to 8mm dia in stirrups complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel work in roof trusses ,Post (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.( Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required :hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges:large hasps and staples; chains; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width type C-1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning under paver block including watering and consolidation complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 80mm machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Nominal mix B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate nominal mix as in coping , mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage and thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Precast Concrete block masonry work built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
