Dismantling & Shifting of water cooled package units (Make Blue Star) from Existing location to new location and re-installation of it with testing & commissioning. The details specification as under. 16.5 Tr, 6600 CFM, 40mm W.C.sp (consists of 3 nos. of 5.5 TR circuit Each shall be complete with fibreglass thermal insulation in cooling coil section and 15 mm thick 150 crown fibre glass enclosed by perforated Al. for acoustical insulation of blower section and over all painted with powder coated paint consisting of the unit in all respects. Each PAC shall be consisting of the following Smooth operating heavy duty hermetically sealed (3 nos. of 5.5 TR for 11 Tr units) to operate with refrigerant R-22. The compressor motor shall be suitable to operate on 415V+-10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz with suitable starter, 63 Amp. MK make switch fuse unit, flexible canvass connection and ON-OFF Damper at the discharge side of PAC. Shell and Tube type water cooled condenser with internally finned Copper tubes. (i) DX- Type Evaporator having currugate aluminium fins machanically bonded to stagered copper tubes. The evaporator shall be compact size and reduced pressure dop. (ii) Sporian/ donfoss/alco make thermostatic expansion valve. Microprocessor based control panel having following features. Re-installation of Hardware: Key pad with tactile keys with dual function & LED indication to facilitate programming and charging of set points. 4 Digits seven segment LED display (i) Displaying messages for fault and trip conditions. (ii) Changing /Viewing set points. (iii) continuously displaying parameters like air temp. & status of the PAC with the help of LED Battery backed RAM stores all set points in memory. Power failure will have no effect on this data.

Supply and Installation of condenser water piping of following size including all suports, clamps, bends, Tees, Pipe pedastal, flanges, necessary bolt/nut/washaers, reducers etc. The piping will be finally painted with two coats of approved color paint over a coat of primer.

Installation of 8 guage copper wire for earthing including socket

Installation of industrial type thermometer to measure temperature from 0-50 degree C including SS thermowell.

Removing of 02 nos 12.5 HP & 02 nos 30 HP Motor including pumpfrom existing places and Installation of 30 HP Motor with their Pump.

Supply and installation of 3x3 Kw strip heats inside the PAC over the porcelain insulator with heat resistant wire, with contactor, safety thermostate, internal wiring etc.
