Providing and fitting new components of Andrew Yule /Equivalent Make to HT Panel Incomer No.II having Current rating 800 AMP., System Voltage 6.6 KV, Insulation Level 20 KV, Fault Level 250 MVA installed at Tawi Pump House Jammu by way of providing and fitting of new Components such as shunt trip coil , Closing Coil , spring charging Motor, Anti pumping relay , Breaker Auxiliary Switch and Drive Mechanism, Aux Contactor 110 V DC, Multi-function Meter, TNC switch, Motor Protection relay (0-3A) in place of damaged/ worn out above noted Components. The job further involves Complete fitting of all the new parts of HT panel by way of cleaning all the terminal with CRC spray and tightening all the terminals properly, applying lubricant to all mechanical linkages for smooth operation, cleaning and smoothening of finger contacts points by rubbing gently with 0 grade emery cloth checking all control wiring and replacing any wire seems worn out/ electrical stressed by P/F new indi`cator LED bulbs, HRC fuses, new wire and maintaining proper color code and using ferrule for proper identification, Resetting /adjustment of vacuum interrupter for proper gap between fixed and moving contacts and checking working of charging and release mechanism. Inserting vacuum circuit breaker in the compartment and again testing closing and tripping of breaker. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges, including transportation of material upto site (TPH).
