Excavation in foundation,trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.50 mtr. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 mtr. P+J work including all leads & lifts.

Providing & Laying Cement Concrete 1:5:10( 1 Cement:5Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size )crushed stone aggregate mechnically mixing & curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth including all leads & lifts.

Providing mild steel/Tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending/ binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level Tor Steel including all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering an strutting etc. centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr.removal othe same for in-situ reinforced concrete & Plain concrete work: (i) Beams,cantilever,girders and lintels including all leads & lifts.

Columns,Pillars,posts and struts including all leads & lifts.

Providing & Laying Cement Concrete 1:2:4( 1 Cement:2 Sand: 4graded stone agg.20 mm nominal size) crushed stone aggregate mechnically mixing & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in: (i)Suspended floor roofs,landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams, girders ,bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level including all leads & lifts.

Providing & Laying Cement Concrete 1:2:4( 1 Cement:2Sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) crushed stone aggregate mechnically mixing & curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth including all leads and lifts.

Half brick thick honey comb brick work with common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar in cement mortar 1:4( 1Cement:4 Sand) First Class Brick including all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In beaams joists channels,angles tee.flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as inmain and cross beams,hip and jack rafters ,purlins connected to common rafter and the like including all leads and lifts.

Steel work in single sections including cutting ,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of Red Lead paint in R.S.Joists,Channels angles tees including all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Chargeincluding all leads and lifts. sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 micron over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimetre) over all with 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all lead and lift and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
