Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc, dressed stone work and precast concrete article

M & L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complet all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls or wall tiles etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in ceiling on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick internal wall surfaces on fair faces of brick work or concrete in CM 1:6 complet all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/decorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of distempering with oil bound distemper as per manufacturer instruction white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered surfaces of celling including prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
