Cement conceret 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers morethan 15cm thick

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specfication.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION FOOTINGS including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Re- filling in foundation and basement and trenches with Excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered,rammed and consolidated complying with standard specification etc.,complete.

Supply and filling of good gritty gravel from approved quarry to work site including cost and conveyance of all charges etc complete.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using second class country bricks of size 23cm x 11cm x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost).

Plastering with CM 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters if approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Floor finishing with best quality of vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8mm including cost and conveyance of all materials charges etccomplete complying with standard specification

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Dadooing walls with printed design color glazed ceramic tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials charges etccomplete complying with standard specification as follows
