Make Continuous Centrifugal Machine as per below technical specifications;  Item: Nickel Chromate Screens with bottom segment complete set  For Machine: NHEC Make Continuous Centrifugal Machine  Type of Machine: NK 1100/30  Size: 0.06 mm X 2.37 mm X 0.30 mm  Material: Nickel Screens should be made of 99.99% pure Nickel using the process Electroforming, etc.  Hardness: Nickel Screens should have hard chrome plating of 12 to 15 microns on working side and Hardness of chromium of minimum 1000 Vickers.  Slot Opening: Conical  Surface Finish: Mirror Smooth  It should have good ductility and tensile strength to withstand large centrifugal force and easy for mounting on basket.  It should have very low internal stresses.  It should have smooth working surface to avoid sugar crystal damage during separation of sugar crystal from molasses.
