Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings (window cills/jambs) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials to a distance of upto 1.00 KM including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination out side the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels brassumers, steps, quion block for use with masonry, string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns posts etc with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings throating etc and setting in cement mortor 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of internal surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly prepared plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distember (OBD) over a coat of primer on walls all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of external surfaces with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. (Note : for external rendering WPC @ 3% by weight of cement measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) of approved make.

M & L preparation of newly prepared plastered surfaces of finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade, New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kgs/10 sqm) all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing factory made UPVC white colour sliding window three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3 mm (+ - 0.2 mm ). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67 mm), sliding mesh sash (42mm x 57mm), sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28 mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16 mm) will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc, making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2 + - 0.2 mm thick galvanised steel frame (30mm x 18mm) 02 Nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18 mm) , sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long dash through fasteners, Hardware (touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) steel roller system, stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of apperture 1.40 mm and required accessories) (A) Area not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed..
