M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salt and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Note : Curing of surface will be carried out as per Para 15.15.3 of SSR Part-I.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on brick walls or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Plaster work shall be upto 3rd floor of building and necessary scaffolding shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

M & L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by mechanical method i.e. Electric grinder and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white/ tinted with a wall care putty finished surface over one coat of primer by mechanical roller / hand roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick on ceiling, in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on surface other than fair face of brick work or stone masonry surfaces or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Plaster work shall be upto 3rd floor of building and necessary scaffolding shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, soffits/facia of chajja/roof slab etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Curing of surface will be carried out as per Para 15.15.3 of SSR Part-I.

M & L 5mm thick rough cast plaster over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in back filling in pressed steel frame, bed blocks, coping, fixing of hold fasts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 20 mm bore PTMT ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (minimum weight 210 gms) screwed for iron pipe and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel water tubing alongwith connections in any situation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Mild steel galvanized tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with fittings to walls with hooks, ceiling or laid on floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 36 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates, kerbs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including Water proofing compound @ 3% of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integal water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 15,800.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/demolished/taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No 21 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
