M&L for repairing and overhauling by dismantling / taking down all electrical and mechanical connection of Air blower including motor installed at STP and servicing hole body, change gear oil/ lubricant and V belt, overhauling, testing including painting of complete body and air outlets all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for dewatering the equalization tank by using mud pump and removing complete sludge and cleaning inside, descaling internal surface of tank with wire brush and scraper, washing with fresh water two times with bleaching powder all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Making temporary arrangement for pumping out the raw sewage effluent from manhole near the equalization tank to a distance of approximately 100m from the STP during cleaning period of equalization tank and cost for the same is deemed to be included the quoted rate. (b) Contractor shall provide and ensure necessary safety precautions and to arrange safety mask, Hand Gloves etc during cleaning of tank. (c) Necessary arrangement shall be made by contractor for sludge pump to pump out the settled sludge in equalization tank to manhole.

M&L for dewatering by using Mud Pump and manning for cleaning of MBBR Tanks of compartments of STP of capacity 300 KLD installed at HD Enclave and removing all the settled solid sludge or any other type of material to a distance exceeding 100m from STP all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dewatering by using Mud Pump and manning for cleaning of MBBR Tanks of compartments of STP of capacity 230 KLD installed at PW Div and removing all the settled solid sludge or any other type of material to a distance exceeding 100m from STP all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing the dry sludge from the sludge drying bed, removing by using suitable covered type transport and dispose to a location as specified regularly during a period of operation or as and when ordered by Engineer - in- Charge.

M&L for dismantling the electric induction motor 415 volts AC 3 Phase, capacity 7.5 HP to10 HP, 440 V, 50 Cycle of any make and type from the foundation and pump after disconnecting electric cable connection and earthing etc. and transportation to civil workshop for repair/rewinding, strip opening the motor and removing of defective burnt winding, ball bearing, bush, rewinding the motor after cleaning the rotor and stator with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing ball bearing, bush, all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation & replacing the unserviceable nuts, bolts, washers of appropriate size and reassembling the complete motor and re-fixing, proper alignment, coupling with pump including connecting the existing electric cable connection, earthing, and testing the motor on full load up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as directed and as specified. Note :- (i) Super enameled copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item as supply only. (ii) T & P/ vehicles for transporting pump to civil work shop & back shall be provided by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M& L for repairing leakages of GI pipe line laid in trenches/ on floor/ fixed to wall etc. at MAP Md Accn (Building upto G+6 floor) including excavation on concrete floor/ ground/ Road, dewatering and removal of mud or pumping out water etc. and arrangement of staging for working on wall of building upto G+6 floor including by replacing of unserviceable GI fittings like elbow, union, socket, tees, nipple etc. of appropriate size and GI pipe upto 1.0m length all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Notes:- (a) Road, floor etc damaged during rectification of repairing shall be made good by using cement concrete to match with existing surface without any extra cost.

S&F in repair butterfly valves Lever operated having epoxy coated cast iron body PN 1.6 ISI Marked SGI disc with integral seat of nitrile rubber and including taking down of unserviceable valves for Pump Houses and distribution lines of MAP Accn of the following sizes:-Make:- Kirloskar/ Venus/ Leader/ Upadhyay or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:-Excavation, breaking of concrete , floor , ground etc if requried during alignment of pipe while replacing valve, shall be carried out by contractor and making good the damage surface as per existing and quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for above provision.

Disconnecting the Centrifugal pumps of capacity 12.5 HP to 15 HP from motor and all water connections and removing/taking up from foundation, taking to civil authorised KIRLOSKAR dealer workshop or at site for repair/strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by changing the defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc. complete, reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation etc including rewinding the motor of capacity upto 15 HP using suitable size super enameled insulated copper wires, varnishing and replacing the worn out bushes bearing etc complete and reassembling including testing etc complete for satisfactory operation all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i). Ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland rope, lantern ring, impeller, Gasket Packing, copper winding and Nuts NYLOC etc shall be replaced if required and shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) T & P/vehicles shall be provided by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for disconnecting existing incoming and out going cables from the Pump panels, after taking down power shut down if necessary and all existing safety precautions for human safety, cleaning dust from the panel, changing worn out aluminium/ copper lugs of suitable size, cables, proper insulating the cable and lugs with high class insulating tap with proper colour coding, including replacement of unserviceable MCCB, Isolator, volt meter, Amp Meter etc. where necessary and reconnecting and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) All Nuts, bolts washer etc shall be replaced as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge. (b) MCCB, Volt Meter, Ammeter shall be measured and paid separately on appropriate items of BOQ.

M&L for Cleaning of Building top RCC Tank of capacity 50000 in 03 Parts (12500 litres capacity x 02 drinking and 25000 litres capacity x 01 Fire fighting) in MAP Accn at Ganesh Enclave at MCTE, Sarna enclave Near Signal Vihar, Goswami enclave at AB road and HD Enclave near Malcolm Line (inside) by scraping with the help of shovels, hard brushes and physical cleaning of building top tank by descaling / brooming slit and other deposit from inner side (bottom of the tank inside ) collecting and taking them out with the help of manual labour and depositing not exceeding 50m of the building all as directed and cleaning the tank first with water and then applying bleaching powder on the inner surface and cleaned completely by using wire, brush, broom etc and washed with water again and finally applying two coat of thick quick drying lime wash on entire surface (inner) top and bottom of tank including writing date of cleaning with white paint on black painted surface two places and painting of inner steel ladder of tank with one coat of synethic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge:- Note :- (a) Necessary T & P, ladder, Pump etc and all other material such as brush , brooms bleaching powder etc as requried for cleaning shall be provided by the contractor and ensure uninterrupted water supply to occupants . (b) All labour safety measure should be followed and ensured by the contractor while working on the building top Water Tank.

All as per item number 38.00 above, but for Under ground sump of capacity 0.5 to 0.85 Lakh gallon near pump houses at Ganesh Enclave at MCTE, Sarna enclave Near Signal Vihar, Goswami enclave at AB road and HD Enclave near Malcolm Line all as directed.
