Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 40 mm in foundation using 40 mm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry mixing with concrete mixture laying mannually including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering with cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials, cost of labour, T &P and machineries etc curing etc. complete. as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fly ash brick massonary of size 25 cm x 12cm x 8cm having a crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/sq.cm in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and corbelling, and watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials with cost of labour, T & P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge..
