AMC for operation in one shift of 8 hours and comprehensive maintenance (routine & preroutine), breakdown maintenance of high side and low side of Air Conditioning Plant comprising of all the machinery equipment installed in the building comprising of the following:- a) High Side:-Imported water cooled packaged screw water chillers 150 TR complete in all respect make-Dunham Bush Malasia = 2 No. b) Cooling tower FRP vertical 175 TR Make-Mihir = 2 No. c) Chilled water pump 1370 LMP Make-Kirloskar = 3 No. d) Condensor Water pump 2170 LMP Make-Kirloskar = 3 No. e) Ceiling suspended type AHU Make-ZECO i) 3400 CMH Capacity= 2 No. ii) 5100 CMH Capacity= 3 No. iii) 5900 CMH Capacity= 1 No. iv) 6800 CMH Capacity = 18 No. v) 8500 CMH Capacity = 13 No. f) Hot water Generator 200 KW, Make-Rapid Cool = 1 No. g) Fan Coil with control units, Make-ZECO i) 1020 CUBM/Hr. (1.5 TR) = 3 No. Lowside:-The complete system comprising of all electrical panels, remote control desk, AHU's Sub panels, cabling, chilled water piping, condensor water piping, Butterfly valves, Non Returns Valve, Balancing Valves, Y-Stainers, Ducting, Pot Stainer, Fire dampers, Grills, Diffusers, Control gadgets etc. all type of guages and other items for functioning of the system. (For the period 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023) (Two Years).
