REPAIR REPLACEMENT TO LEAKAGE SEEPAGE ALUMINIUM WORK,IRON WORK ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT AND OTHER MISC BR WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA UNDER GE AF JAMMU

Taking down existing water proofing treatment with tarfelt including cement Plaster / HP tiles/ from roof or wall surfaces such as parapets / RCC fins of any type in any thickness including demolition of RCC tank/PVC tank and re-fixing the same with all required plumbing fittings like tank Nipple, float valve, tank cover, gate valves etc as per requirement o

M&L for surface preparation & Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foregin particles laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and including cement platering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 incl mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufecturer instruction on surfaces of floor etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and making strips of size 30cm x 30cm .Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expantion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in 'V' groove filled with Repair mortar/Mircroconcrete/General purpose grout as recommended propertionaly as per recommendation of manufacturer. Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar (1:4) Cement :Sand with 3.5% Acylic of Cement weight , Supplying and applying High build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray /brush applied membrane with and elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, hardness (shore A scale) 80, solar reflectance of 84% as per A ASTM E903-96, SRI of 106, capilary absorption of 0.01kg/m2 h0.5 as per EN 1062-3, adhesion must be of ˃ 2.0 N/mm2 as per EN 1542, artificial weathering must be passed as per EN 1062-11 temprature resistance must be in between -300C to +900C, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 mm min 88% solid content. The system includes final top coat of high build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane white in color application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.5 Kg per SQM in ratio 60% 40% in both coats respectively over a coat of epoxy primer 1:1:2 (Resin:hardner:water) with a min consumption of 0.2 Kg per SQM. Application should be given by company for the product on company letterhead, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster up to 4th storey bldg ht.on Brick/stone walls and raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair face of wall or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or over roof concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement up to 4th storey bldg ht.complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound ISI markedcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls,Applying two coats of distemper with oil emulsion over a coat of primer over a thin layer of wall care putty including necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 4th storycomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterial emulsion paint on walls including a thin layer of wall care putty,necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 4th story complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on sunken concrete floor surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame work for doors,windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised Aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening including EPDM rubber, includinng taking down existing, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

S&F PVC roller not exceeding 40mm dia fixed to aluminium sliding window shutter with necessary clip or screw etc complete all as spd and directed

Dismentling of wrought iron or mild steel work such as agle iron fencing post and similar type work or any description not other wise provided complete all specified and directed

M&L for Pre-febricated Structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW,Square,angle and rectangular section with induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- Design and pattern (Ornamental & Special design) should be approved by GE before execution of work and no extra cost will be paid to the contractor by the department against the same.

M&L Mild Steel sections confirming to FE-410-W as in Framed work as in doors, gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails etc including necessary cutting, drilling, welding etc complete all as per directed by Engr- in charge

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm depositing , spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watering and ramming to true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F in repairs Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated corrugated sheet (including pre-laminated guard film) 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding in any shape (Curved shape or Plan Shape as per direction of GE and no extra payment will be paid to contractor against the same)/size as per user requirement to roof, wall, fixed with self tapping screws.complete all as spd and direcetd. Note:- 1.Contractor have to fixed the sheet upto 40 feet hight including necessory scaffolding or mechanically as per site requirement and no extra payment will be made to the contractor against the same.

Surface dressing of loose and soft soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil with help required resources and made it in proper level to receive hardcore,pcc,interlocking tile etc.complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor,hard standing surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including use and waste of formwwork fair or rounding or chamfered of exposed edges all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or untreated steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm. in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints, over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Prepration of old decorated surfaces of ceiling incliuding scraping of old flakes with the help of mechenical /elcterical sander ,washing down with help of water and apply one coat of white wash on surface of ceiling,necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 6th story complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of steel,applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces including necessary filling material as required at site to make the surface smooth and even complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including preparation of old decorated surface of wall ,applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on walls over a coat of primer with mechenical sprayer followed by roller and filling gaps with putty to make surface upto desired finish as app by Eng-in-charge.complete all as spd and directed. Note: Each layer of OBD shall have a gap of 08 Hrs till previous layer has dried up and work has to be executed through company employee ,before all Make and executing agencey shall have the app of GE.

M&L for prepration of new/old surfaces of wall and apply 2-3mm wall care cement based putty (internal and external as per ground requirement) ,necessary formwork scaffolding required upto the 4th story as specified and directed

M&L for Anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work,plaster,concrete surface by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as spd and directed. Note : Depth of hole to be measured for the payment to contractor.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surface,applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces including necessary filling material as required at site to make the surface smooth and even complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
