Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and list in all classes of soils except hard rock reg. blasting etc., complete as per SS 20B for foundation.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost of conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete for foundation

Supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grils for RCC works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Providing centering and soffits including cost and conveyance of country wood and all labour charges etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply and Filling with excavated earth including all labour charges for filling including watering ramming, consolidation and other incidental charges etc., complete

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required dsesign & finished thick. beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface contantly wetted with sprinking lime & jaggery water as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cmx20cmx20mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weightof cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same mortar as per std., specifications etc., complete.B145 (orenamental tiles)

Provision for Cupboard Cuddapah slab 20-30 mm tk inclding supply and fixing etc

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Oil bound Distempering painting with two coats, Using Oil bound Distemper including cost and conveyance all materials and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Painting two coat of new iron works such as steel Doors,windows,ventilators, etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats,ete.

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover with TW box And 5 A FT switch with continuous earth connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed Light point / fan point (For electronic Regulator) SD 17
