REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE OF OF VAROIUS TYPE OF PUMP SETS OF VARIOUS CAPACITY, CONTROL PANELS AND CABLES INCLUDING ALL RELEVANT WORKS AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE(I) ZAKHAMA.

Attending emergency breakdown of water supply installations where directed by disconnection of electric motor, all Water and Electric Connections of horizontal multi-stage centrifugal Pump of Capacity 100 HP installed at Pump Houses and taking out the same including transportation to MES store yard for repairing and transportation of serviceable pump set from MES store yard to pump house and installation the same in original position and re-connecting all water and electric Supply and Testing, commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete servicing, greasing of the horizontal pump multi-stage centrifugal Pumps of Capacity 100 HP , Make :Kirloskar, involving the following operations :- (i) Transporting the defective pump to contractor's workshop/nearby repair workshop located at Dimapur for repairs as decided by the Engr-in-Charge and carrying out the needful repairs including replacement of defective/unserviceable parts. (ii) Painting the repaired pump externally with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of shade and writing the SM & MES No as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Transporting the repaired pump to MES store yard/workshop and carrying out necessary tests in presence of the Engineer-in-Charge to establish functional ability/desired performance of the repaired pump to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For item No "1" New spare parts if required for repair of pump will be paid under supply only under respective item No 3 to 22 of the Sch "A".

M&L for re-winding of 100 HP Centrifugal motor after disconnecting motor from pump, transporting the defective motor to repairs workshop located at Dimapur, taking out burnt winding wire of field coil and re-winding of field coil with suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation materials including two coat of synthetic enamel paint of shade and writing the SM & MES No and re-fixing motor, pump on frame with new nuts bolts etc with allignment work and necessary connection to the terminal complete all as directed. Note: seperate parts like DE and NDE bearings, greasing, oiling, etc deemed to be include in quoted rate.

Repairs / Maintenance of of 100 HP star delta starter by replacement of contactor and relay as per existing capacity and suitable for fixing in existing starter including removing all electric connections and re-connection the same and testing complete all as speicied and directed. Note : Cost of contactor and relay is deemed to be include in the quoted rate.
