Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm & n exc 4 sqm with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm (double door chowkate) comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: i) stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately and ii) cost of necessary S S screws shall be included in quated rate.)

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Squar tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC factory made wire gauged shutter with wire gauge warpped on an additional square 8mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tube. The wires gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stiles) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm wigth stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail all as per specification and drawing given in SSR Part II, Schdule of rates 2010 and directed but as in four panels in lieu of two panels, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The wire mesh shall be measured separately.

S&F 100mm size Butt hinges, extruded stainless steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
