Supply and Erection of 6 metre high hot dip galvanized to BSEN ISO 1461 octagonal poles with 130mm bottom including provision of door opening at the bottom level octagonal poles with 10mm bottom A/F and 70mm top A/F made up of 3mm thick. Sheet along with base plate of size 200x200x12mm thick MS plate all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of set of 4 Nos 20mm dia 600mm long ‘J’ type EN 8 grade foundation bolts with one washer and 3 nuts including name plate and RCC foundation of size 400x400x1400mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 nominal mix with necessary formwork and main reinforcement of 4 Nos 12mm dia TMT bars and stirrups 8mm dia spacing of @ 190mm centre to centre and 2 Nos 63mm flexible PVC pipe for cable entry at ground level and 01 No MCB SPN 16 Amps 240 Volts per pole and necessary PVC insulated copper flexible cable 2.5sqmm 3 core connection wire from door opening to solar light on top of pole complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge

Supply and fixing All in one Hybrid solar street light fitting with LED luminary 60 watt built in mono crystalline panel, lithium Ferro phosphate (liFePo4 Battery, MPPT charge controller and PIR sensor complete, IP-65 protection,CCT-6000K, efficiency of liminaire not less than 150 Lumens’/Watt automatic switch over to AC supply 230V,single phase if solar energy is not adequate including battery box with fixing and mounting arrangement on pole with nut and bolts, clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed. Model No SUNSOKO AIO BSZSL 60L-HYB OF BAJAJ or equivalent make in List of makes.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc. or for laying of cables etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filing in, excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting points etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for sand cushioning with a layer of M sand 23 cm thick under and above the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of sub class burnt bricks for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16Sqmm, 4 core including suitable lugs laid in trenches/wall including necessary road crossing all as specified and as directed.
