M&L for collection and testing of water sample from water supply installations /pump houses and carrying out chemical and bacterio-logical testing of water sample as per IS-10500 : 1991 from Public Health Department/ National test house / any Govt approved lab/ NABL/ Jal Nigam board, Bhopal (as approved by GE) to ensure potability of water including collection of samples (in sealed containers of 5 Ltrs capacity), carrying to lab and testing charges etc, complete all as specified and directed. Cleaning of under ground/ semi underground/ over ground sump by removing sludge, mud, calcium or any other foreign materials from the bottom, all internal side wall of sump after scrapping, brushing, internal surfaces, drawn out side manually or with portable pump sets as required and washing two times with clear water including preparation of surfaces and applying one coat of supper quality lime wash on inner surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paints outer side surface upto to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge for the following capacity sumps:- Note:- Quoted rates is deemed to include for:- (i) Cleaning inside walls, floor, dome, ceiling with wire steel brush removing pile/sludge/silt/alge and other forgein material and washout with clear water all as specified and upto the satisfaction of EIC. (ii) Applying one coat of super quality lime wash on inner wall surface aftercleaning of tank.
