Note :- SBR latex Modified cement will be measured & paid separately under appropriate item(s) of this Schedule.

Supply only SBR latex modified cement complete all as specified and as directed. Make : FOSROC/BASF/DR FIXIT/ SIKA

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concret type B1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surface even and fair compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work/concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post hole (or similar hole) each n exc 0.5 cum each and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any size and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in cement concrete, Brick work masonry etc and making good disturbed area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other section, balusters running bars, nosing to steps, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as required, drilling holes , noching for wire , flat iron fillets for securing wiremesh etc. incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc & similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any description fixed to steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing any size or type and weight n.exc 4 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of 11 to 15mm including all necessary dwelling bolting or riveting etc with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410-W or (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls/ceiling and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint over and including a coat of primer (100% acrylic) complete all as specified and as directed.
