Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes Single socketed 160 mm diameter conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floor including watering, consolidation, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggt as in cover slabs for man holes, water tanks etc., set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Steel reinforcement of RCC Work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding using TMT bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Below / above Plinth level all complete all as specified and as directed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for heavy duty FRP 3 Tons capacity manhole cover with frame and opening handle complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick stone masonry wall surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, type 'B' in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level complete all as specified and as directed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of walls, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel work for hot finished seamless type tubes in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for steel work for gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 30mm thick rigid PUF TR panel made out of profiled sheet on top and plain sheet at bottom with CFC free pentane blown polyurethane foam as the core (the core is CFC/HCFC free pentane blown polyurethane foam density of 40+2 kg /cum in 50mm thick sheet ) the panel sheet having 1000mm cover width, 34.5mm crest height @333mmc/c made out of 0.5mm TCT 300mpa stress, colour coated galvalume steel sheet 150 GSM aluminium zinc coated with 20 micron polyester paint, the sheet shall be fixed with self drilling self tapping fasteners complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint on old steel surfaces exc 10cm width or grith like security fencing, wire mesh, grills etc including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing filler material including padding concrete from the joints, including cutting, chiseling or scraping;heating (if required); cleaning the joint surfaces free of all residue, dust, and loose particles; collecting and disposing of removed material in an approved manner; and preparing the joint for installation of new joint sealant/ filler in expansion joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Provide and apply one part low modulus gun grade elastomeric Polyurethane sealant Nitoseal PU 50 to the joints size maximum of 50 mm width x 25 mm depth over the polyethylene backer rods as bond breaker, the applied sealant shall be further covered with TPO membrane and terminated over the upstand / on the roof as per manufacturer specification. The cured sealant shall have a properties of MAF 50%,UV Resistance and service temperature range -40°Cto 70° C. Nitoseal PU 50 confirms to the standard compliance of ISO11600:2002 Type F 25LM,ASTM C920-95 Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, US Fed Spec TT-S-00230a Type II, Grade NS, Class25 application instruction shall be strictly follow as per manufacturer's instruction all as directed.

Supplying and providing FPO based waterproofing tape with specifically formulated single-ply of width 150mm, thickness 1mm membrane fixed at both ends using epoxy bonding adhesive and laid loosely at middle in the expansion joint, waterproofing tape to be anchored using epoxy adhesive for a width of 75mm on either side of the joint and leaving 50mm in the centre for allowing necessary movements, the tape shall be protected with metal cover plaster on the top of floor finishing or tiles over the terrace slab to avoid punctures to the waterproofing tape which shall be paid separately. The waterproofing tape shall have a density of 0.95 g/cum,Tensile Strength- 12.5 N/sqmm, Elongation at break- 400%.Product Approved:TPO Tapes: Expoband One Adhesive: NItobond PC40 complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying HS TPO Membrane of 1.2mm thick over the layer of 200 gsm Geo-Textile with overlap joints of 75mm in both longitudinal and transverse direction of the TPO and sealed properly with hot air welding and terminate TPO at the top of parapet wall with termination strip and fix it by screw at 300mm c/c and sealed with HS Joint seal PU on top including surface preparation like remove all loose gravels, dirt, oil, grease and other foreign particle by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application and PCC/cementitious coving of 75mm radius shall be provided at all junctions between vertical and horizontal faces before application of TPO completely as per specification and direction.

Material and labour for roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water remove dust, debris / rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick over roof concrete surface in CM (1:4) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down of ACs after gas plugging, including braking of foundation base and prepare new PCC base (1:2:4) size 800mm x 800mm x 75mm thick after treatment of roof including refixing of Acs, servicing, brazing and top up of refrigerant complete functioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of aluminium strip and re-fixing the same on PCC block including fixing of new saddles complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : PCC block paid separately.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrte (1:2:4), type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be carried out for buildings at a height of 12m above FFL. Cost of scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ .

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be carried out for buildings at a height of 12m above FFL. Cost of scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ .

Supply and fix Mild steel work as in doors or gate Rungs in static tank of angle or other section gusset plate rails ladder & Hand rail and framed work of wire mattres, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including welding securing bolts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes etc conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- Work shall be carried out for buildings at a height of 12m above FFL. Cost of scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ .

Material and labour for steel work for gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be carried out for buildings at a height of 12m above FFL. Cost of scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ .

Material and labour for applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel works and painting synthetic enamel paint of approved tint two or more coats on new work complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be carried out for buildings at a height of 12m above FFL. Cost of scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ .

Material and labour for writing letters with logo of CABS, painting lines dashes, arrows, letters,on galvalume sheet / ACP, height of letters not more than 1.2m etc white or golden yellow, complete all as specified and as directed. NNOTE :- Work shall be carried out for buildings at a height of 12m above FFL. Cost of scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ .

Providing and fixing double steel scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building / structure / over head tank, upto and above 12 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with minimum 40mm dia M.S. Tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre (maximum), horizontal and vertical tubes joint with cup and lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. Tube challis, M.S. Clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. And maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of GE.

NOTE :- (i) The elevational area of structure ( length /breath of building X height of building) cover with scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (ii) The payment shall be made one time only for execution of all items (Sl Item No.43 to 48 of BOQ ) each face of building /structure. (iii) After completion of work all scaffolding materials shall be removed from building /structure by the contractor and the same shall be the property of the contractor and accordingly rate shall be quoted.

Material and labour for wiring of circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit / casing capping as required. (a) 2 x 1.5 sq. mm + 1 x 1.5 sq. mm earth wire (for 5 Amps Sockets)

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 Amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc as required.

Supply and fixing wall mounting fan of 400 mm sweep,5 star rated,single phase,230 V,50 Hz with all accessories pre wired including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and as directed.
