Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for filling in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1;2;4 type B1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 75 mm thick padding to required slop in Sunken floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.(Note- WPC shall be paid under respective items of BOQ.)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound (I.S.I/BIS marked on packing)complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap, ISI/BIS marked, suitable for 100mm bore CI spun pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair standard kit of PVC internal fittings for low level flushing cistern complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down GI steel tubing & testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Make- TATA/Jindal/Swastik

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm bore bib tap long body C P cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, CP brass flange screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair wall mixer cast copper alloy chromium plated for mixing hot and cold water screwed for iron pipe suitable for 15mm bore pipes with telephonic shower rose and crutch (Provision for hand shower) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous China squatting pan Orissa pattern, size, 580x440mm, white, with integral footrest, including connection to flushing cistern & flush pipe fixed with and including 'P' or 'S' trap, including making good the distrubed surfaces and to match with existing and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to outgoing pipes and flush pipe and including making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 450X300X7-8mm thick as in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old tiles including bedding plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rectifying the leakage of wall mixer/wash hand basin/sink mixer including replacement of brass spindle & PVC washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work built in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering in patchy work on fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old white wash surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. .

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wall surfaces and applying Two coat of cement based paint of any colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Materials & labour for complete removal of existing treatment and finishing the surfaces of wall with Birla/J K wall putty and applying two coat of Oil Bound distemper , any colour, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of old distemper oil emulsion surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Materials & labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall etc and applying two coat of cement base paint, any colour over and including one coat of primer/putty to match the existing as required, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair kitchen plate rack of size 900mm x 750mm x 250mm made of stainless steel not less than 0.8 mm thick (SS grade 304 ) with fixing acessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix (in repairs) sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1.00mm thick for kitchen with plug, washer and waste pipe including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipes overall size 915mmx420mm and bowl size 410mmx330mmx160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair brass spindlle of No 2/3/4 with washers for CP bib taps/angle cock/pillar taps etc as per existing shape size at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair legs for CP brass wall mixture/ wash hand basin as per existing shape size and make at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60cm long complete all as specified and directed.
