Checking and attending day to day electrical complaints for continuous electric supply like No light / Short circuit / non working fittings / fixtures/ fan/ exhaust fans/ geyser, including carrying out the minor repair like fixing screws, repair/ replacements of short wire, tightening of loose wires, any type renewal of small pieces of electric wire upto 1.5 mtr length and maintenance work complete on all working days all as directed.

Note for item No 1:- (a) Rate inclusive of small items like, screws, wire,etc . (b) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting their rates. (c) Materials for repair works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be supplied by the contractor and adequate stock shall be held all the time by contractor (d) Any nature of electrical complaint, the entire responsibilty of rectification lies with the contractor. "(e) Contractor shall be penalised @ Rs. 2000/- per day per complaint, if he fails to attend the complaint within 12 hours. (f) All serially numbered complaint docket will be provided by contractor and cost of docket included in the rate quoted for the items. (g) All T&P, safety gadgets shall be provided by the contractor. (h) Rep of the contractor shall receive complaints in morning 0900 hr and give feedback on daily basis to concerned JE E/M

(j) Payment to contractor released after submission of these complaints duly rectified within time and duly signed by contractor, JE, and Engineer-in-Charge in RAR/Final bill. (k) Contractor shall maintain the maintinance register showing all daily complaints recieved and shall maintain job cards for attending complaints. The signature of the user shall be obtained on the job card showing the material incorporated in the work after completion of the job with date."

Supply and fix in repair socket outlet flush type 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 and 15 Amp single pole ,230 V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair, bell push single pole, 5 Amps, 230 V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed adjoining / adjacent surfaces / items complete all as specified and as directed.

Material labour for point wiring for one light complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS grade (for phase, neutral & earth continuity with proper colour code) drawn through and including rigid PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25/20 mm, etc fixed on wall / ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly, including provision of pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing switches, sockets etc concealed on wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Contractor should make good / match the disturbed surface to the original. (ii) The description is applicable for Item Nos 9.01,9.02,9.03, 9.04 & 9.05 only.

Taking down unservicable submain wiring Aluminium / copper of any size /core/ type including earth continuity condutor on teak wood or conduit and removing the materialss/debris from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall etc to match with the original existing finish all as directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded cable with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 02 run of 06 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC Casing and capping (including accesaries)in Ivory/Grey/white colour medium grade etc fixed on wall/ceiling including provision of 01 run of 6.0 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor and Connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 02 run of 06 sqmm and 01 run of 6.0 sqm including 01 run of PVC casing caping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC ceiling rose, surface type with three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair electric Ding Dong AC 230 volt etc all as specified and directed.
