Disconnection of electrical connections and opening of the 500 kVA Packaged Substation (FBX E/12-21/C+C+T2 FBX Gas Insulated Switchboard). The unit comprises 2 x 630 A switch disconnectors, and 1 x 630 A, 12 kV, 21 kA (rms 3 s) circuit breaker conforming to IEC 62271-1 (Manual O-3 min - CO). Complete servicing of the panel, including components such as the earthing switch, load break switch, line isolating switch, motorized control mechanism, male/female fixed and moving contacts, CT (30/1 A, 10 PS, 2.5 VA), and PT (11 kV / 110 V). Maintenance operation of the Voltage Detection System (VDS) boxes.The maintenance checklist must strictly comply with the OEM manual of Schneider Infrastructure Ltd. A formal record must be maintained for the following activities: (a) Verification of the presence and condition of accessories (operating levers, handles, etc.). (b) Visual inspection of the exterior to check for cleanliness and ensure the absence of oxidation (if oxidation persists, utilize silica gel crystals). (c) Cleaning of external elements using a clean, dry cloth. (d) Verification of the positioning of the status indicators (Open and Closed). (e) Verification of the mechanical control mechanism's functionality by performing several test maneuvers. (f) Visual surveillance and inspection of the general appearance of all connections. Complete rewinding of the HT/LT leg coils using copper wire/strip of the appropriate gauge, size, and number of turns as per the existing design. This includes double paper-coated (DPC) insulation and all requisite insulating materials such as packing sleeves, separators, and tapes. Heating, baking, and varnishing of the core and winding assembly after reframing the top and bottom steel structures of the transformer, all as specified and directed. Replacement of all insulating materials other than those already incorporated into the rewinding of the HT/LT coils, matching the existing specifications. Fixing 3 Nos. HT porcelain bushings with studs, nuts, and washers, and 4 Nos. LT porcelain bushings with studs, nuts, and washers. This includes connecting them to the primary and secondary windings and reconnecting them to the main terminals as required and directed. Replacement of all unserviceable gaskets from the top cover and the HT/LT bushings with new ones. This shall be done using 4.0 mm to 6.0 mm thick rubberized cork/neoprene gasket sheets, duly pasted with a suitable adhesive. Make: Existing installed substation of Schneider make, executed as per existing design and technical specifications. Note : (i) Materials incorporated into the work will be measured and paid for separately under respective line items. (ii) The entire scope of work must be executed exclusively by the OEM, its authorized representative, or a certified dealer possessing a valid service workshop.

Supply only load break switch 12 Kv, 630 A, 21 kA, rms 3, as per existing make.

Supply only line isolating Switch 12 Kv, 630 A, 21 kA, rms 3, as per existing make.

Supply only voltage indicator unit, VPIS type.

Supply only fuses amp range 30 A at 11 KV HRC type. Make L&T/ C&S/Crompton.

Supply only manometer for altitudes higher than 1000 m reading up to 5000 m.

Supply only SF6 gas 3.35 Kg at 0.02 MPa sealed pressure system in the FBX switch as per instructions AMTNOT131-02/ AMTNOT132-02 under IEC -62271-200. Each job includes gas quantity of 3.35 Kg or more as required upto the mark at site all as specified and directed.

Servicing the transformer side T2 function of the FBX gas-insulated switchboard and the 11KV/433V, 500 KVA transformer outgoing feeder using an MCCB. The work includes disconnecting the HT/LT sides, removing earthing connections, and servicing the busbar sleeves by applying fire-retardant HT paint of a specified thickness to achieve a 12 KV dielectric strength. The paint shall be from Denson, M-Seal, Raychem, or Kumar. Additional tasks include re-thimbling all outgoing and incoming cables using aluminum thimbles and a crimping tool. This servicing is to be carried out by Schneider Infrastructure only. Notes : Parts required to make the panel and transformers serviceable will be measured and paid for separately, as specified and directed.
