Shifting of Taxi lights for Taxi F and G, SITC of LED type Landing-H and other associated works at B.P.I. Airport, Bhubaneswar.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED type Landing H on the existing foundation including cable termination complete as required.

Supplying of 1100V grade multicore stranded Aluminium Conductor XLPE insulated core laid up, extruded inner sheath of PVC, galvanised steel strip armoured & overall PVC sheathed armoured cables confirming to IS-7098 (PT-I) with upto date amendments of followigs sizes:

4 X 25 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

upto 35 Sqmm

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type - I Class B connector and suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed single core 6 sq. mm copper conductor cable conforming to the particular technical specifications etc complete as required.

Supply of 15 Watt 6.6 Amps /6.6 Amps 5 KV grade 50 Hz Isolating transformer series type encapsulated in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary leads as specified in particular specifications.

Making field connections by crimping 6 sq. mm plug and receptacle with existing 6 sq. mm single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material and applying PVC insulated tape etc. complete as required.

Supply of C.I collar of height 100 mm and outside dia of 330 mm, made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos . M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts etc. complete as required

Installation of CI collar by cutting the core of existing surface of appropriate size with all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including excavation/cutting of side shoulder, refilling & finished with 1:2:4 cement concrete and alignment & proper connection / fixing of HDPE pipe etc. complete as required.

Installation of Transformer Housing Box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15 mm dia "A" Class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling and making the surface good etc complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of LED Guidance signage board of various sizes made out of 2 mm thick anodized aluminium frame with suitable angel support, 1.5 mm thick aluminium back symbols of sign should be screen printed on inside of sign face made of self-adhesive 3M film applied on the inside face with required coloring. Sign board shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required LEDs including all other accessories to achieve uniform illumination level and with suitable driver and electronics to operate on 230 Volt AC, made for water tightness and locking arrangements complete as required. The sign board shall be mounted on a 100 mm medium GI pole of 3 meters height with necessary cement concrete foundation, fixing nuts and bolts complete as per specifications etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing Taxi way fitting, re-installation, testing and commissioning of the same fitting on the existing collar including laying secondary lead from transformer housing box to collar and connecting the lead to the taxi light complete as required.

Supply of following size 2C X 2.5 Sqmm of copper conductor two pin secondary leads both sides suitable for airfield lighting system and confirming to particular technical specifications etc complete as required. a) 12 meter long

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL /HDPE pipe as required.

Supply of following dia OD ISI marked HDPE pipe as per IS:4984:2016, of rating PE 80, PN 10 complete as required.

40 mm OD, PE 80, PN-10

63 mm OD, PE 80, PN-10

Laying of following HDPE pipe by Cutting kerf of suitable size in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface i/c chipping, hammering, cleaning & drying etc. & refilling the kerf with sealant material including primer etc. as reqd. in bitumin/PQC area complete as required. a) 40 mm PN-10 HDPE pipe.
