Comprehensive maintenance of security/street/flood light fittings on pole/wall any wattage/capacity of any description and in any position, replacement of unserviceable/damaged/broken parts either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete received through day to day compliants. Note :- Materials shall be measured & paid separately against respective items of schedule 'A'

Supply & replacement of surge protection device 10KV rating for LED street light as per sample (Make : HPL)

Supply & replacement of LED street light driver for 60/70/72/120 watt as per sample (Make : HPL)

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out. in soft/loose soil for laying of pipe line

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified.

Material and labour Sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches dry well burnt locally available sub class “B” bricks designation 75 over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as per specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable XLPE cable any type from trenches pole, road, duct etc including necessary joints (u/s) fittings and pipes etc complete all as directed

Supply and laying in trenches/laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated PVC bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 4 Core 10 Sqmm with proper thimbling end to end connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable wire and supply & fixing in replacement PVC round insulated and sheathed two core copper conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm 1100 volt to be replaced in existing fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (for street light to junction box)

Supply & fixing of XLPE insulated and sheathed twin core aluminium conductor cable 10 Sqmm 1100 volt including disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable light fittings bracket incl FI clamps of any description and in any position and supplying and fixing brackets made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe 1 mtr long bent to shape and size fixed on location using new 30x5mm FI clamps made to shape incl nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down carefully old unserviceable totally burnt street light fittings LED/HPSV/garden light any capacity from existing pole/wall complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (old u/s street light deposited to MES EM store)
