Civil Work

Providing and painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer of approved quality and approved shade in all floors at all height by making the surface to the interior plastered surface of wall smooth including cost, coveyance, loading and unloading and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P, scaffolding etc. required for the work and complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall surface with Acrylic wall putty to inside surface of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting to inside surface including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting to external surface of building with two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer of approved shade and quality of approved design, after cleaning by watering & removing the dirts etc. to the surface to be painted including watering, curing, cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, brushes, T&P etc. and necessary scaffolding work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S grills, grill gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows, staircase and parapet railing ( as per I.S. specification and as per approved drawings ) in proper position in all floors and at all height including making holes to brick walls/ R.C.C structure/wood work etc. and making good to the damaged walls/ structures with cement concrete (1:2:4) with black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size ( 20mm size not to exceeds 25% ) including watering and curing etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge ( W.I. / M.S. windows grillas, grill gates, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows, staircase and parapet railings square bar along with required nos. of nails and screws and other required materials of approved quality and approved size shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.)

Providing and painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of approved quality and approved shade confirmming to ISI on steel work to give an even shade in all floors at all height including sand papering and making the surface smooth with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P, scaffolding etc. required for the work and complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixied by means of steel screw & P.V.C plug & the Aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc complete.(Gypsum Board)

Brick work in foundation and plinth with flyash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) with best quality bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes molding, chamfering, corbelling .complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Brick work in superstructure with flyash bricks in cement mortar (1:4) with best quality bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 imersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes molding, chamfering, corbelling .complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778, as windows frame section No. 4095,4096 and 9777,3994 as shutter frame excluding 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting ,cost of materials all taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per relevant BIS code and as per the direction of Er-in-charge.

Providing fitting, fixing of 6mm thick black glass including all cost of labour, T&P , hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete excluding cost of laminated board/Glass.

Providing 16mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick masonry walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position WPC frames of following approved size to doors fixed with MS hold fast of 35x5mm embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with all materials, labours, T & P including cost, conveyance, loading, sundries required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 75mm x 50 mm

Providing and fixing in position 28mm thick WPC shutters of approved size to WPC door frames with hinges, handles, tower bolt etc complete with all materials, labours, T & P including cost, conveyance, loading, sundries required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Repairing of Door & Window etc. completed. (Carpainter 1s tClass)

Cleaning of Septic Tank and Chamber etc. completd. (Unskilled Labour)

Clearing and removal of unwanted vegetation, such as bushes, shrubs, and small trees, from a Way site amenity Centre with excavator etc. completed

Apply a coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic New (diluted with water in the ratio 2:1) as a self-priming coat at the rate 10 –11.00 sq.mt. /liter/coat in SSD condition. Apply 1st coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic New at the rate of 0.50 / litre / Sq.mt / Coat. Laying a 45 GSM glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat. While the 1st coat is still wet. Allow the first coat to dry for 4-6 hours. Apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic New with the same application coverage. Application direction of second coat should be perpendicular to that of the first coat. Allow second coat to dry for 4-6 hours. Apply third coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic New at an application direction that is perpendicular to that of the second coat with same application coverage rate to achieve total dry film thickness of 750 to 800 microns at forced coverage at the rate of 1.50 – 1.60 litre / Sq.mt in 3 coats. Check to see no void surface is left untreated / uncoated. Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum. The material having following technical Specification ASTM D 6083 M – Type II, Attains a Tensile Strength of 2.5 N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 2370; Elongation at break ≥ 200% confirming ASTM D 2370, Adhesion to Concrete 2.0 N/mm2 confirming ASTM D 4541 and Crack bridging ability up to 2 mm, Air cure the coating for 7 days, before water pound test for 48 hrs. The system comes with 10 years waterproofing warranty from M/S Pidilite Industries or, equivalent make.

Supply all materials, labour,T&P for fitting and fixing of PVC cistern of hindware make sleek fresh ISI or equivalent type of approved make complete with all parts and internal fittings of approved make with ISI mark and supplying of necessary brackets, screws etc 32mm dia flush bend, 15mm dia 450mm long PVC water connecting pipe of jaquar make having cat no ALD 803AB with CP or brass union nuts at each end as per PH specification all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P, fitting and fixing UPVC SWR pipes & fittings of approved make confirming to IS-13592, both below and above ground level / floor and on walls including supply of bobbins, nains, screws, wooden cleats, pipe clips as per requirement, including earth work in excavation and fitting, including cuting walls and floor and making good the damages with cement concrete (1:2:4) with hard granite chips, incluidng scaffolding wherever necessary all complete as per the PH specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning & developing the tube well using their own compressor continuosly worked till clear & adequate discharge is obtained from the tube well including supply and use of all necessary equipment and labour as per the direction of Er-in-Charge.

Supplying submerssible pump with sqirrel cage induction type submersible type submerssible electric motor to run on 3 phase/1 phase line voltage ranging from 320 volt to 450 volt conforming to IS: 8034 - 2002 with following specifications
