Taking down carefully, the ceiling fan including BLDC fan/exhaust fan/wall Mounted fan/pedestal fan / Aircirculator fan of any size/ Make after disconnecting the electrical connection etc., all as specified and directed

Refixing/Instal only ceiling fan any size/make, replacing the spares such as carter pin, unserviceable/rusted nuts, bolts, split pin rubber wheel bearing washers, bush, PVC clamps for holdings of capacitor etc., and connecting up with PVC insulated cable size 1.5 Sqmm three core copper conductor round cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Rewinding, spare parts such as ball bearing, capacitor, bush etc., required to make the ceiling fan serviceable shall be measured paid seperately under relevent items. The Refixing fan shall be tested after fixing the blades)

Material and labour for rewinding of fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge and weight after cutting and removing the existing burnt / heated up windings, including cleaning of rotor and varnishing, heating and providing fresh insulating materials for Exhaust fan225 to 300 mm Sweep.

Supply only ball bearing size (6201/6202/6203) suitable for ceiling fans size 1200/1400 mm Sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ball bearing Size (2001/2002/2003) suitable for exhaust/wallfan/pedestal fan of any size and make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only capacitor of capacity 2.5 mfd for the fans in position as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply only capacitor of capacity 4 mfd for the fans in position as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply only GM bush suitable for ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm Sweep

Supply only bush suitable for exhaust fans any make/size

Supply only ceiling fan canopy / cup white in color suitable for all types of ceiling fans

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan louvers size (450/300/275/230) suitable for Exhaust fan all as specified and directed.

Supply only exhaust fan blades suitable for (450/300/275/230) suitable exhaust fan all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PCB board convertible 240 Volt AC to 12 Volt DC suitable for BLDC ceiling fan any type/ model of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep 230 Volt 50 Hz all as specified and as directed .

Material & labour for Cleaning and preparing the surface of ceiling fan of any sweep, removing the grease, carbon dust over the fans, filling cavities with filler and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint painting of ceiling fan with down rod upto 2.00 mtr long with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint of approved colour by spraying including preparation of old painted surface & writing of MES No on the fan complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Cleaning and preparing the surface of exhaust /wall mounted /pedestal/Air circulated any sweep, removing the grease,carbon dust over the fans,filling cavities with filler and applying exisiting colour by synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including writing of MES No on the fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser)of any type and make up to 25 /50 Ltrs capacity after disconnecting all Electrical connecting, descaling the inner container heating element base assembly etc., by using diluted hydrochloric acid and cleanning thoroughly, filling the inner container with water and checking leakage if any reasembling the geyser after of leakage by bracing and electric and water supply lines,refixing and testing on completion all as specified and directed (Note:-spares shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of this Schedule)

Supply and fix in repair of following spares for the geysers and testing the same as directed :- ( a) Heating Elements with rubber gasket thread/push type 230V,2.0 KW (Make:-Bajaj/Usha/Racold)

Supply and fix Thermostart suitable for Geysers 25 to 50 Ltrs capasity,and temp range 30 to 80 degree centigrade and cut off at 70 degree centigrade all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement white cables water heater indicator red /green lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 3 pin plug top 16 Amp all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC connecting pipe 15 mm dia 450 mm long heavy duty suitable for hot/cold water with two brass union and washers completed all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of solar water tank capacity 220 Lpd FPC inner tank 3mm thickness Galvanized steel enamel coated,and outer cladding with 50 mm thick PUF,outer cladding made with pre-coated laminated sheet (color-Half white)with support structure stand made of galvanized steel with powder coating and all require plumbing work, including commisioning, testing,complete all included in quoted rate all as specified and as direcetd.

Supply and fix in replacement of solar water heater FPC panels size 2000mm x1000mm and capasity for 220 ltr for -02 solar FPC panels with stand with following :-section-1.2 mm thick aluminium,Back sheet -0.46mm thick Aluminium,insulation -fiber Glass wool,,foil- 0.05 mm thick Aluminium,Flat Plate collector fins(9 Nos )-Ultrasonic welded with Nalsum coating,copper pipe 24 SWG ,Aluminium,Headed Pipe -copper 24 SWG,Glazing - 1000* 2000* 4 mm clear toughned glass & 960 * 1660*4,glass bleeding E.P.D.M Rubber,fasteners-stainless steel ,Grommets -EP,D,M Rubber,flanges -brass,all as finished with power coating with installation, testing and commisioning all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for serviceing the solar water heater any make/type/capacity,cleanning/descalling of solar collecting panel of copper pins/tubes including replaceing the sacrifical anode rod and panel tuffen glass 4 mm thick (size2mx1m) completed all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully Air Curtain fan size 3 feet , 230 Volt 50 Hz any size/make for repair/replacing the winding, nut bolts,bearing washers,bush,PVC clamps for holdings of capacitor, etc.And connecting up with PVC insulated cable size 1.5 Sqmm three core copper conductor cable complete all as Specified (Note:- Rewinding and spare parts such as ball bearing, capacitor,bush etc required to make Serviceable and Refixing the above said all items are inclusive of Quoted rate all as specified and as direcetd.

Supply and fix in repair ceiling fan down rod size 10" to 18" inches fabricated out of 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly cutting/threading /drilling etc.suitable for check nuts and split pin including U clamp bolts,nuts,washers,rubber split pin check nutsetc suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep incl taking down of unserviceable complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair ceiling fan hook made out of MS flat iron 40x6 mm dia bar bend to shape for hanging ceiling fan incl taking down unserviceable complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair regulator electronic type with control suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan all as specified.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheated cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in existing surface/recessed steel/pvc conduit and accessories on surface of wall roof etc with one run of 4.0 sqmm of PVC FRLS copper cable for earth continuity all as specified.dismantling existing sub main wiring and making good distrubed portion complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 36 here in before but with 2x6.0 sqmm along with 1x6.0 sqmm as earth continuty conductor.

All as per item No 36 here in befire but with 2x10.0 sqmm along with 1x10.0 sqmm as earth continuty conductor.(Note:-for ser No 36 to 38 : Two runs of cable and one run of earth continuty cable shall be measured as one unit.)

Supply and fix in replacement MCB SP 6 to 32Amps,10KA 240 volts,50 Hz.all as specified and as directed by engineer-in Charge.

Supply anf fix in replacement Single pole and Neutral Encloser with two pin and earth plug and Metal glad Socket Complete with one Single Pole MCB 20/32 Amps 240Volt all as specified and as directed.
