Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S. code for R.C.C. work / R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chair, spacers etc. complete (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (upto 1st floor level). a) Other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SRMB / SAI / BISCON / X TECH) (For Assam Type Building, Drain works, Retaining wall & boundary wall etc.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement with coarse sand and 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately). Providing 13mm mesh hexagonal wire net made of one I.S. designation (1mm dia.) wire above post plate in eaves with 1st class Hollock/ Bonsum/ Sundi timber frame to fit exactly with the corrugation of roofing sheet including kiricide oiling two coats to timber works complete as directed.

Providing, fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using M.S circular hollow section conforming to relevant I.S.Code as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawings as directed. b) Using other ISI marked approved circular hollow section.

Providing Corrugated galvanised iron sheet roofing of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including fitting and fixing necessary galvanised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen washer 25 mm dia x 3 mm thick and 1.6 mm thick limpet washer complete excluding the cost of roof truss, purlin etc. (Roof trusses and purlin etc. to be measured and paid separately) (a) 0.45 mm thick

Providing Galvd. Iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including supplying and fixing necessary Galvanised Screw / Washer etc. complete as directed. (a) 0.45 mm thick (i) 150 mm lapping

40mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 25mm under layer of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate of size 12.5mm and down) and 15mm thick wearing layer of cement concrete in prop.1:1:2 (1cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 coarse aggregate of size 10mm down) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 Kg per square metre of floor area, wearing layer is to be laid in panels including curing etc complete as directed.

Providing, fitting and fixing steel window / ventilator (openable) of standerd rolled steel section as per relevent I.S. code-1038 joints mitered and welded with 15mm x 3mm x 100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, pegs, stays of 300mm long etc. complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Providing and fixing clear sheet glass beded in putty and fixed with/ without wooden bidding including necessary cutting and glass to be required sizes (Payment for wooden bead shall be made separately) (1) Area of glass panes not exceeding 0.15 m2 (a) 3.00mm thick.

Providing, fitting and fixing hard board sheet ceiling wIth approved quality with necessary nails, wood screws including Ist class local wood 50mm x 12mm (hollock/ bonsum/ sundi) beading including painting two coats to timber beads complete as directed (ceiling joist to be measured and paid separately). b) 4.5 mm thick.

Supplying, fitting, fixing Electro coloured iron fittings of approved make, reasonably smooth, free from sharp edges and corners, flaws and other defects and with counter sunk holes for wood screws inclu -ding necessary screws etc. complete. a) Sliding door bolts. ii) 250mm x 16mm

(i) Priming coat with distemper primer

(a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

(b) Finishing wall with waterproofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in width/girth after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. a) With ready mixed paint, wood primer (Pink)
