Supply, Erection and commissioning of 150 Cs. existing V.T. axial flow pump having lift 23.02’ including delivery pipe & bend (MS IS 2062 Gr. Fe 410 WA) including flanges, welding, nut-bolts, siphon breaker valve as per site, erection & commissioning including any leftover item with epoxy coating paint both side as per specification approved by technical committee (Annexure-A).Including dismantling of old existing pump and shifting to store as directed. Providing & fixing by making required size /length at site in pair of MS cross Girder (ISMB) of size 500mmx200mm for foundation of 150 CS VT Axial Flow pump including supply,fixing & welding on both (top and bottom) side of ISMB through out length with MS flat of 200mmx25 mm thick. One end of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement Of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of pump set of 150 Cs capacity and other end shall be welded with fixing of A.I. L- bracket and nut/bolts/washers etc into existing ISMB member. Including Material & Labour for applying primer coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface and Material & labour for painting two coats excluding primer coat with ready mixed paint (Epoxy paint) for metallic surface in all shades on new steel or iron work. Taking down by cutting / welding the existing rusted/ old foundation girder for fixing new girder at site.MAKE: TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG.( 1 No. at PHNB-4, 1 No. at PHNB-5)Providing & fixing by fabrication of pedestal frame structure vertically fixed on PCC Floor to support the M.S Bend of 150 Cs. VT Axial Flow Pump with wrought iron & mild steel (using angles, flats, square bars, tee & channels) ladders, grills, grating Frames, window guards iron doors openable or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing, gates & tree guards etc. including cost of screws & welding rods or bolts & nuts complete fixed in position as per site requirement. Including Providing and fixing anchor bolt 20 mm dia N/S item 300 mm length (SS304) of suitable quantity, Providing and fixing anchor bolt 20 mm dia N/S item, 200 mm length (SS304) of suitable quantity, Appling priming coat with metal primer of approved make on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface and Painting two coats of approved make excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint (epoxy paint) for metallic surface in all shades on new steel or iron work. MAKE of Steel : TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG ( 15.67 Qtl. at PHNB-4, 15.67 Qtl. at PHNB-5).

Supply and commissioning of Induction motor 650HP suitable for 150 cs. VT Axial flow pump having lift 23.02’ HP650, KW 485, RPM 495, Voltage 3.3KV., 3 phase, 50HZ, space heater 2 no 500 Wt, Bearing SKF/FAG as per specification approved by technical committee (Annexure-B). (Pump House NB-4=01 No. & NB-5=01 No.)

Supply Installation & commissioning of M.V feeder pillar VCB for 3.3 KV. ‘Supply with 1 No. incoming, 1600 Amp & 4 No. outgoing of 400 Amp. each motor panel. The VCB's shall be of Horizontal draw out type, Horizontal isolation with 26.2 KA fault level PT ratio 3300/110V, CT ratio 1600/5 for incoming 320/5 for outgoing with IDMT relay for over loaded fault/ earth fault. The auxiliary relay shall Pc No plus MC along with Amp meter having CT ratio as above. volt meter 1 No. for incoming along with minimum copper bus bars. the outgoing feeder shall also have Micro processor based motor protection relay with advance features of over loading, under loading dry, run, phase loss, phase revision, locked rotor, stalling etc and completed in all respect including all left over mist . Item that is power pack/ UPS & separate chemical earthing with capicator bank specification approved by technical committee. With 6 No. Bimetallic clamp 630 mm square as per specification approved by technical committee (Annexure-C). (NB-4=01 No , NB-5=01 No).

Replacement of 50 Cs existing V.T. axial flow pump of lift height 23.02’ including MS Delivery pipe, bend & support of bend as per site requirement & specification approved by technical committee including providing & fixing of set of pair M.S. Cross Girder (ISMB) & M.S flat of suitable section for foundation of 50Cs VT Pump with all works as welding,painting, pcc block, A.I. Brackets, M.S Plate etc complete & including dismentaling/taking down of old M.S Cross Girder structure as per site. (Annexure-A) (Pump House NB-4=02 No. & NB-5=01 No.)

Supply, Erection and commissioning of induction motors of 225 HP suitable for 50 Cs VT axial flow pumps, 165 KW, 730 RPM, 3.3 KV voltage, 3 phase, 50 Hz bearing SKF / FAG as per specifications (Annexure-B) and site requirements. (Pump House NB-4=02 No. & NB-5=01 No.)

Supply, Erection and commissioning of induction motors of 30 HP VSS along with stool as per specifications (Annexure-B) and site requirements as per existing 5 Cs Pump Base. (Pump House NB-4 (Bhandore Disty.=01 No.) & NB-5=02 No.)

Supply, Erection and Commissioning of fully automatic ATS starter suitable for 30 HP motor with suitable contactor for main transformer/ start, interliking bush bar of suitable size complete in all respect with dagree of protection IP 54 complete with small item like air cooled ATS, thimble, nut bolt, lugs etc. with the stand of MS angle (50x50x6 mm) of 1 feet height from floor level with allied accessories as per site and approved make and as per approved specificaion (Annexure-C). (Pump House NB-4=1 No. & NB-5=2 No.)

Supply, Erection and commissioning of induction motors of 60 HP Solid Shaft suitable for 10 Cs VT axial flow pumps, 45 KW, 1440RPM, 440/415V voltage, 3 phase, 50 Hz bearing SKF / FAG as per specifications (Annexure-B) and site requirements. (Pump House NB-5=1 No.)

Fabrication including welding work of safety grating jal for fixing in bay gap of pumps inside pump house in different dimensions as per site requirement and as directed with material fabricated with MS Channel 150x75x5mm/100x50x5mm, MS flat 75x8 mm/32x5mm MS Angle 40x40x5mm, MS Chaquered sheet thickness 8 mm etc. Make:- Tata/ Jindal/ Sail/Vaizag. (Pump House NB-4 & NB-5)
