Fixing only PVC coated chain link fencing including fixing of line wires any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete.(Supply of MS line wire and flat iron bolt & nuts measured and paid seperately)

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete set in CM 1:6

M/L preparing new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zink chrome primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in set in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed by EIC.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster (of any description) on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the surfaces of newly plastered or existing exterior walls, parapet walls chajjas etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc, and filling cracks above 5mm thickness with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and cracks less than 5mm with Dr Fixit Crack X powder or with plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dulex Aqua tech base coat and applying one coat of Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicry 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Dulex weather sheld (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hours before application of next coat) complete all as per manufacturer instructions including necessary double scaffolding (building ht upto 24 mtr) with out damaging existing wall surface etc and all as specified & directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like in surface benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work.

S&F mild steel bars TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conferming to all as specified and directed.

Providing & casting & Repairing of excessively damaged members with Micro-concrete at all levels with all leads & lift or as directed including formwork, centering, scaffolding, & mixing , laying, levelling, and finishing including curing etc. complete (excluding steel reinforcement) for thickness more than 40 mm complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cables, ERW pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soil including spreading in low lying area and leveling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fine dry sand / stone dust cushioning by laying 8cm thick layer below the cable for making soft bed and 15cm above the cable and then punning down to its consolidated thickness of 18cm after the cable is laid all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Only punned thickness of sand / stone dust shall be considered for measurement purposes

M&L for reinforced cement concrete nominal mix M-20 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column, pipe support base, foundation/bed block for centrifugal pump set with base plate etc and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old ERW pipes by excavating from trenches and cutting corroded or wornout portion for repairs and refixing after carryout repairs welding/jointing and relaying in trenches after repairs including applying a coat of red oxide and the coat of post after red colour paint complete all as trenches for the 100 mm size of pipes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto all as per Item No 40 above but for 80 mm dia ERW pipe

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of 600mm x 600mm x 6mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead, by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm diameter, connected to earthing test point, all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and including excavation, earthwork, PCC earth pit of dimensions 550 mm X 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm X 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep, with a 10 mm thick CI cover, hinged to CI frame on ground level, GI watering pipe, funnel, etc. complete as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.
