Demolition of cement concrete nominal mix or equivalent design mix manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 400 micron thick Polyethylene Sheet laid on sand layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade in roads/hard standing with cement concrete manufactured with fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixture for all leads having continuous agitated mixture including pumping of RMC from transit mixture to site of laying and curing, preparation, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints 10 mm wide x 50 mm deep by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound (using grade 'A' sealing compound) conforming to IS: 1834 for sealing of expansion joints in roads/pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means Hydraulic excavator/manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix in CM 1:4 in fine sand for height upto 10m from ground level in less otherwise stated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 300 mm dia RCC pipe non-pressure NP2 class light duty RCC pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in concrete bed to drain/sewage pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes of 300 mm internal dia after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling available excavated earth excluding rock in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5 KM depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made precast concrete heavy duty drain/ manhole covers including MS frame and including reinforcement as per IS 12592 : 2002 with specified thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles laid flat or on edge or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc each layer laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof and removing the waste materials outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling of roof, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying water proofing treatment over roof at any height comprises as under :- (i) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm (ii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (iv) Machine pressed plain cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floor, roofs cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment and pointed in cement to match the shade of tile over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:3 Note : (i) The cost of w.p.c includes in the unit rate of item.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade coloured vitrified light shade tiles 600 x 600 mm size 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shed of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated section swing door partly panneled and partly glazed considering top rail 86.77 x 44.45 x 1.60 mm thick bottom and lock rail 150x44.45x1.60 mm and style 47.50 x 44.45 x 1.60 mm any shape including jointing clips, aluminium snap beading, rubber gasket, glazing clips, two aluminium handles per leaf. Al tower bolts 250mm, one door stopper in each leaf and each side, one floor spring in each leaf, dead lock of brass complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Glass and boards shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F 12mm thick particle board exterior grade with decorative choice lamination, prelaminated both sides of approved shade fixed to aluminium shutters/ partitions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4.8mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in squre/rectangle exc 0.5 sqm each pane coloured and fixed with glazing pins and rubber beading etc in alum door/partion etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium body designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000 mm in width complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium powder coated fully glazed partly panelled partitions and fixed glazing made out of powder coated aluminium section 63.50 x 38.10 x 1.60 mm including necessary jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber packing anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc, frame work fixed to walls, floor and ceiling with rawl plug wherever required complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Sheet glass and particle board shall be measured and paid for separately (ii) Area of each panel shall not be exceeding 01 Sqm.
