Building Repair/Renovation Work

Taking down.removing existing water proofing treatment of any description on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete including screed bed, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick plain cement concrete M-25 grade using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in wear resistance tremix flooring by use of vacuum dewatering method and finished with power floater including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered roof surface and applying polymer APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat with thermal insulation, weight not less than 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/Sqm and thickness not less than 3 mm, laid by torch application method with overlap 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side over a coat of cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @0.30 Litre/Sqm on prepared surface as per maufacturer's instructions of APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing UPVC rain water pipe of dia 250 mm and made up in shape of half circle as in valley gutters as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC pipe 160 mm dia single socketed in any length of pressure rating 4 Kg/Sq cm with or without rubber ring joints fixed to hanger wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC SWR bend/shoe of any radius for 160 mm dia PVC pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 16 mm thick and of size 600 mm x 600 mm mineral fibre false ceiling system including grid system using hot dip galvanized steel section, exposed surface with pre powder coated capping, main runner and cross runner and comprising main tee/runner 15 mm x 38 mm size (load carrying capacity 14 Kg/Sqm) spaced at 1200 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit and flush fitting 1200 mm long cross tee/runner to be interlocked between main runners at 60 mm centre to centre from 1200 x 600 mm module, cut sub cross tee/runner 600 mm require independent support, wall angle of size 19 mm x 19 mm, secured to the periphery of the wall at 450 mm maximum centres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The grid shall be suspended at every 1200 mm centre to centre in both direction and starting from wall at the distance of 350 mm from wall by using 3.50 mm dia aquline wire with suitable fasteners and hook clip.

Supply and fixing in repairs wind driven turbo ventilator of 600 mm size with top portion made out of aluminium powder coated and shaft and veripitch made of stainless steel and aluminium respectively alongwith heavy quality ball bearing system without FRP base complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for door with chowkhat /frame made with aluminum section with size 100x44x2mm thick and shutter of vertical style with section 84x44x2mm thick and top /middle/ bottom rails of shutter made with 112x44x2mm thick over and including 5mm thick tinted glass panes including necessary fixing arrangement joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading floor door spring, tower bolts 200mm long,mortise lock 300 mm 4 lever, rounded handles etc fixed to shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing health faucet cock brass chromium plated including 1 m long flexible pipe of chromium plated as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of single phase of size upto 10 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of three phase of size upto 10 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully serviceable LED light fitting of any capacity from existing location and keeping in safe custody for refixing the same after completion of civil work including replacement of flexible three core PVC insulated multistranded copper cable of size 0.5 Sq mm, 1100 volts grade from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for high bay light wiring on ceiling/wall/roof/trusses with necessary fixing arrangement for 3 core PVC insulated sheathed armoured solid copper conductor of size 2.5 Sq mm, 1100 volts grade for each high bay fitting, fixing arrangement with mounted groove for cable size suitable nuts, bolts and washers duly painted with aluminium paint over red oxide primer by maintaining distance not more than one metre for this light point controlled by one MCB single pole fixed with one way MCB DB complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- (i) MCB DB shall be mounted on Column. (ii) PVC connector enclosed box connecting type for each fitting point to be fixed near the fitting & suitable fixing arrangements and cost shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of this item. (iii) MS plate shall be used if the cable are not more than 30 cm for mounting arrangements. (iv) Six light points shall be controlled by independent 10 Amps MCB fixed on DB.
