Providing Lights at various Vending Sites in Chandigarh

Supply & erection of steel tubular 9 mtr pole 410 SP-27 conforming to IS-2713-1980, (Part-I & II) having overall length of 9 Meter and welded in 3 steps and having approximate Wt. 108 Kgs. With the following specifications: - a) The poll shall have cross-sectional length of 5.00, 2.00, 2.00 Mtrs. b) The outside dia and thickness shall be114.3x5.40mm, 88.9x4.85mm and 76.1x3.25mm. c) The pole shall be erected 1.50mtrs. Below the ground level in 8” internal readymade RCC muff. d) The gap between the pole and the muff shall be filled with the cement concrete 1:2:4. The cost includes all labour and material including carriage to the site of work. e) The bottom portion of the pole shall be painted with two coats of black paint after removing the dust/rust. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S/Erection of steel tubular pole 410 SP-6 conforming to IS-2713-1980, (Part 1 & II) having over all length of 7.5 Mtr and welded in 3 steps and having approximate Wt.92 Kgs with the followings:- a) The poll shall have cross-sectional length of 4.50,1.5,1.5 Mtrs., b) The out side dia and thickness shall be 114.3x5.40mm, 88.9x4.85mm and 76.1x3.25mm. c) The pole shall be erected 1.25mtrs. below the ground level in 8” internal ready made RCC muff. The gap between the pole and the muff shall be filled with the cement concrete 1:2:4. d) The cost includes all labour and material including carriage to the site of work. e) The bottom portion of the pole shall be painted with two coats of black paint after removing the dust/rust. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Erection of 2.5” dia. GI Pipe pole 4.5 Mtrs long. Supply, Fabrication & erection of 2.5” dia G.I. pipe pole having length 4.5 long, B class (medium) ISI marked. The pole shall be erected 3’ below ground level in 8” dia. RCC muff ready made. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete in ratio of 1:2:4 and making required no. of holes in the pole including carriage of pole to the site of work including all labour and material required to complete the job including suitable size of nipple welded with the pipe. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S/E of Collars of CC Collars including following:- a) The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made form cement concrete 1:2:4 with outside dia. 16”. b) The collar shall be embedded in the ground up to 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have housed 10” high SMC Box and 6” top over the box. c) The collar shall be provided with 2 PVC Pipes of 40mm dia. and 45cm long to facilitate entry of cables in the Jn.Box. d)n The collar shall be plastered properly finished, curing and painted with 2 coats of snowcem of superior quality. (e) Providing and Fing Junction box of size 250x200x100mm inside dimensions of thermosetting sheet moulding compound material of robust construction with double hinge, side clamp locking arrangement, provision for MCB/Kit installatin provision alongwith connector strip of 30 amps rating suitable for minimum 4x16 sq.mm aluminium cable termination. The junction box should have two numbers PVC Glands with sufficient space for cable entry and loose wires complete in all respect to the best satisfaction of Engg.in.charge.

Supply and Erection of Angle Iron of bracket of 3' long made out of Angle Iron of size 50x5mm, 1mtr long mounted on 3” to 5'' dia G.I. Pipe canopy (0.45 mtr long to support the bracket to be fitted on 9 to 12 mtr. Pole & top end of canopy shall be covered with 14 GMS sheet to avoid entry of rainwater in Steel Tubular Pole. Thecomplete in all respect with suitable clump and nuts/bolts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

G.I. Earth pipe electrode with salt/ Charcoal:-Supply and laying of earth electrode made out of ISI marked 'B' class G.I. pipe 4.5 Mtr. long 40 mm dia including accessories. GI pipe electrode shall be cut tapered at the bottom, and provided with holes of 12mm dia, drilled not less than 7.5 cm from each other upto 2 Mtr. of length from bottom. The earth electode shall be laid in ground after boring as per CPWD specifications complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old broken CC Collar and junction box and Digging of Existing Loops Upto 1 Mtr Below in Kutcha/Pakka Floor, Cutting, Dressing and Reconnections with Thimbles /Nuts &Bolts Complete in the Jn.Box And Lifting Any Malba From Site And Dumping at the C&D plant Industrial Area Phase-I.

Dismantling & Re-Erection of existing Steel tubular pole 7.5/9 Mtr. Long along with Jn. Box, fittings with Wire & bracket etc. & other material complete in all respect. The pole shall be erected 1.5 Mtr. below the ground level in 8” internal dia ready made RCC muff. The gap between the pole and the muff shall be filled with the cement concrete 1:2:4. The cost includes all labour and material. The bottom portion upto 1.25 Mtr. of the pole should be painted with two coats of black bituminous paint after removing the dust. The job shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & Re-Erection of G.I. Pipe Pole 4.5 Mtr. Long alongwith Globe fitting etc. & other material complete in all respect. The pole shall be erected 1.5 Mtr. below the ground level in 8” internal dia ready made RCC muff. The gap between the pole and the muff shall be filled with the cement concrete 1:2:4. The cost includes all labour and material. The bottom portion upto 1.25 Mtr. of the pole should be painted with two coats of black bituminous paint after removing the dust. The job shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
