Taking down switch boards / fitting / fixture , identify and rectify the complaints pertains to internal electrification of any type and nature of OTM Accns such as rectification of faulty electric circuit , tightening of loose wiring / conduits replacement of defective accessories such as switch, socket, ceiling rose , holders etc. shall be measured and paid separately. Cost of minor stores , such as screws, clamps, washers,bakelite laminated sheet top cover, insulation tapes, nut , bolts etc. shall be deemed including in the quoted rate. ( Note . If the contractor fail to rectify the defects mentioned in the complaint slip on within 48 hrs,. he will be charged Rs. 100/- per complaints/ per day and same will be recovered from his RAR . Each job shall contain 10 complaints). The contractor / his rep will collect the complaint from complaint cell ( Concerned JE E/M) every day at 9.00 AM and rectify the complaints 48 hrs and deposit the complaint slip ( duly signed by the users ) to concerned JE E/M.

Taking down carefully (aluminium) point wiring complete of any type (batten/ surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants, ceiling rose, round block etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster of tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as spcified and directed.

REPAIR TO EXHAUST FAN Taking down and dismantling of exhaust fan 225mm/300mm/375mm/450mm sweep of any make and model, opening the cover, separating the rotor and stator assembly, locating the fault and making the fan fully serviceable condition including replacing the defected worn out screw, flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 , oiling/greasing the fan and re-assembling the same and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Fixing only Exhaust fan and connection up the point including provision of cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specefied and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Note: For the purpose of payment, the wire using ceiling rose to fan for connection shall be measured and paid seperate in approprite item of this Schedule)

Re-winding of exhaust fan 225mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire as per existing size confirming to IS including varnishing the motor windings with best quality varnish complete all as specefied and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Make:Milan/Atlas/Chetak)

REPAIR TO GEYSER Taking down and opening of the geysers 25/35/50 ltrs capacity any make complete for inspection descaling by chemical treatment of internal parts such as steel inner tank, siphon assembly, heating element, etc re-assembling and refixing the same to its original position after testing on pressure complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Items such as glass wool, steel inner tank, siphon assembly etc if found unserviceable under above item will be measured and paid for separately under its relevant item.
