Earth work in excavation by means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts,wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:All kind of soil. Drain

Providing and laying in position cement concrete (1:4:8) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all works upto plinth level with crushed stone aggregate.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding C/o centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 stone agg. using 20mm nominal size) crushed agg.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. Quantity vide item No. 5 marked as (A-C) @50%

Distempering with 1st quality Acrylic/oil bound washable distemper (ready-made) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers’ specifications, one or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.90 liters/ 10sqm)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc and removal of form work for Foundation.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauge shutters using galvanised MS wire gauge for doors, windows, clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws with second class deodar Wood.

Providing & fixing glazed shutters for doors , windows and clerestory windows using 10 Kg / Sqm. (4 mm thick) float glass panes , incl. ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished off required size with necessary screws 35 mm thick of second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing panelled shutters for doors, windows, clerestory windows, including hinges and necessary screws including panelling which will be paid for seperately, all complete with 2nd class Kail wood.

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary : Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
