Refilling of automatic cleaning agent DLP fire suppression system cylinder with gross weight 3.570 KG, including nitrogen, agent NOVEC 1230/FK-5-1-12, including leckagetesting, servicing of the system and minor repair (if any), system made fully operational complete etc. as required.

Supply installation testing and commission of on line 100 A, three phase changeover with powder coated steel enclosure rated operational voltage 415V, insulation voltage 1000V, impulse withstand voltage 6KV, rated frequency 50Hz, including termination of cables etc. as required.

Servicing and cleaning and preventive maintenance of 800A rated Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) including Isolation and racking out the VCB from the panel, Visual inspection for wear, corrosion, or damage, Cleaning of insulating surfaces, bushings, contacts, and chamber using dry lint-free cloth, compressed air, and approved electrical contact cleaner, removal of old grease from moving parts and application of fresh recommended grease/lubricant, cleaning and lubrication of finger contacts and mechanism, Checking mechanical operation (manual open/close) and basic functionality. - Re-installation, racking in, and functional testing, including calibration or relays, tightening of electrical wires complete etc. as required.

Servicing and cleaning and preventive maintenance of 4000A rated Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), draw-out/fixed type, including safe isolation, de-energization, and racking out/withdrawal of the ACB from the panel, Visual inspection for wear, pitting, corrosion, or damage on main/fixed/moving contacts, arc chutes, and interphase barriers, Cleaning of arc chutes, main contacts, insulating surfaces, bushings, and all internal parts using dry lint-free cloth, and approved electrical contact CRC cleaner, removal of old grease/lubricant from operating mechanism, moving parts, and application of fresh manufacturer-recommended grease/lubricant, cleaning and lubrication of finger/cluster contacts, racking mechanism, and shutters, Checking tightness of all electrical connections, verification of mechanical operation (manual/electrical open/close), charging of closing spring, anti-pumping feature, interlocks, auxiliary switches, and basic trip functionality, tightening of internal wiring ,installation/racking in, and functional testing after energization complete etc. as required.

Servicing and cleaning and preventive maintenance of 4000A rated Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) of bus coupler including testing of electrical and mechanical interlocking, draw-out/fixed type, including safe isolation, de-energization, and racking out/withdrawal of the ACB from the panel, Visual inspection for wear, pitting, corrosion, or damage on main/fixed/moving contacts, arc chutes, and interphase barriers, Cleaning of arc chutes, main contacts, insulating surfaces, bushings, and all internal parts using dry lint-free cloth, and approved electrical contact CRC cleaner, removal of old grease/lubricant from operating mechanism, moving parts, and application of fresh manufacturer-recommended grease/lubricant, cleaning and lubrication of finger/cluster contacts, racking mechanism, and shutters, Checking tightness of all electrical connections, verification of mechanical operation (manual/electrical open/close), charging of closing spring, anti-pumping feature, interlocks, auxiliary switches, and basic trip functionality, tightening of internal wiring ,installation/racking in, and functional testing after energization complete etc. as required.

Servicing and cleaning and preventive maintenance of 650A rated Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), draw-out/fixed type, including safe isolation, de-energization, and racking out/withdrawal of the ACB from the panel, Visual inspection for wear, pitting, corrosion, or damage on main/fixed/moving contacts, arc chutes, and interphase barriers, Cleaning of arc chutes, main contacts, insulating surfaces, bushings, and all internal parts using dry lint-free cloth, and approved electrical contact CRC cleaner, removal of old grease/lubricant from operating mechanism, moving parts, and application of fresh manufacturer-recommended grease/lubricant, cleaning and lubrication of finger/cluster contacts, racking mechanism, and shutters, Checking tightness of all electrical connections, verification of mechanical operation (manual/electrical open/close), charging of closing spring, anti-pumping feature, interlocks, auxiliary switches, and basic trip functionality, tightening of internal wiring ,installation/racking in, and functional testing after energization complete etc. as required.

Servicing, testing, inspection, and preventive maintenance of the existing Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panel comprising 196 kVAR active and passive capacitor banks, including complete internal and external cleaning of the panel, checking and tightening of all power and control connections, inspection and testing of active and passive capacitor units for capacitance, insulation resistance, leakage, bulging, and overheating, servicing and checking of capacitor duty contactors/thyristor modules, fuses, MCBs/MCCBs, APFC relay/controller with verification of CT ratio, step configuration and power factor settings, including setting, configuration, and verification of Active Harmonic Filter (AHF) display parameters, cleaning and checking of bus bars, cables, cooling fans and ventilation system, electrical measurements of voltage, current, kVAR and power factor, trial run under load to ensure proper automatic operation and desired power factor correction, and submission of a detailed servicing report, complete in all respects as per applicable electrical safety norms including testing of AHF panel, wiring and calibration of the same complete etc.as required.
