CIVIL WORK Providing and fixing Vitrified floor tiles 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing etc complete including cost conveyance, taxes and royalities of all materials, labour including cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials labour T & P etc. as per direction of Engineer -In -charge.

Priming one coat with approved Primmer to wall surface including cost cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. Complete.

Wall painting 2-coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade excluding cost of paint. including cost conveyance, taxes and royalities of all materials, labour including cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Painting two coats with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances of all materials and cost of all labour etc, complete as per specification & direction of E.I.C.

Providing and laying water proofs with polymeric bituminouns membrance ( Plastic felt ) of 2.25Kg/Sqm arnd 1.5mm thikness consisting of layers having center core of 20 microns thermoplastic high molecular hig density polythelene .M.H.D.P.E. fim of grade 2504 including priming the surface with bituminouns primer/ or hot blown bitumen Or 1.32Kg/Sqm applying and lying plastic felt membrance with 10 cm overlap adhered to blown bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen 1.2Kg/Sqm etc complete, as per specificatlon,and direction of the Engineer in Charge. etc.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6.7mm & down grades size hard granite crusher broken chips on new work including cost, conveyance, royalities,taxes of all material, labour and T&P require for the work etc. complete as directed by E.I.C. And including cost of centering & shuttering ETC.

Removing Old Lime Or Cement Plaster from Walls including raking out joints 12mm (1/2") deep and removing debris within 50m lead with the cost conveyance royalties taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc.

Providing 20mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of thick brick walls after raking out joints including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. including cost of all materials with transportation, all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantaling & removing 2.5cm Greading conctrete form roof cleaing thr sruface lowing & removing the debris within 50m leads with all babour T&P etc complete.
