Hire charges for supplying operating and maintaining 3.Nos, of diesel generators set of capacity 125 KVA or equivalent Comprising Engine, Alternator, Control Panel, Fuel Tank, Base Frame, Electric Starting Equipment and engine instrument panel complete in an acoustic enclosure to generate uninterrupted power supply to a connected load of 300 KW (Approximately). The third diesel generator set of 125. KVA capacity or equivalent should be kept as standby with change over switch and inter connection arrangement at site for the entire duration of fair period of 50 days (Approximately) and to attend major break down and failure by deploying one competent person as generator operator and also to provide suitable angle iron frame foundation as required for erection of generator set, control panel, battery, fuel tank, etc. providing suitable size of UG cable from alternator to control panel, suitable earth pit arrangement, exhaust pipe arrangement with lagging and with first charging of lubricants, battery, fuel and oil, filters etc. tested with full load operation complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Towards cost of power consumption from diesel generator sets per unit. (KWHR) including cost of fuel, lubricants, oil, replacement of spares and service, complete.

Transportation charges for the generators as described in item No.1 from the company to madurai and back after closure of Exhibition.

Hire charges for erection and commissioning of 1 No. 250 Amps terminal interlinking arrangement made with suitable 250 Amps change over switching system between 1 No. 10 KVA and 1 No. 30 KVA Diesel Generator service connection and generator feeder points 2 Nos. with suitable angle iron frame work, earthing etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Officers on hire basis for entire duration of Exhibition period.

Hire charges for providing 3.5 x 120 sqmm LT UG Aluminium armoured cable in earth / pole / wall as required including earth connections for the entire duration of exhibition period.

Hire charges for providing 4 pole 200 Amps busbar chamber with 2 Nos. 250 A main switch with two locks one key arrangement (or) 250 Amps on load 4 pole change over switch with suitable enclosures fixed on angle iron frame work with earthing complete etc. for the entire duration of exhibition period.

Providing suitable CT energy meter for all the generators and to obtain safety certificate from Electrical Inspectorate for the operation of generator sets.

Hire charges for providing adequate capacity of emergency lights at locations instructed by Departmental Officers for entire duration of Exhibition.

Hire charges for providing, operating, maintenance of 1 No. 10 KVA Diesel Generator set complete with necessary change over switch along with a competent Generator Operator inclusive of cost of lubricants, fuel, oil, battery, etc., for the entire exhibition period as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Hire charges for providing canbon-di oxide (CO₂) Type (or) Dry Chemical powder type fire extinguishers and "Fire" buckets with clean, dry sand and accessories wherever necessary for emergency use, for the entire period of the exhibition.

Hire charges for providing, operating, maintenance of 1 No. 30 KVA Diesel Generator set complete with necessary change over switch along with a competent Generator Operator inclusive of cost of lubricants, fuel, oil, battery, etc., for the entire exhibition period as directed by the Departmental Officers.
