Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc including disposal of demolished matrerial n. exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh/chain link and similar types of fencing complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron/MS work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts of wood, Steel or RCC (posts embedded in concrete , brick work masonary) of any section and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in foundation for fencing posts, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in coping, plinth courses, benching, hardstanding etc with & including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 10 herein before but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained from ser item No 02 here-in-above) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks of class designation 100 (min compressive strength 100Kg/Sqcm), straight or curved on plan. any radius in half thick brick wall built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Chain link fencing and line wire shall be measured and paid as supply only.

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by the BOO convened by the GE

Supply and Fixing mild steel work as in iron posts/ fencing post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling or reveting and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other sections with gusset plates complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including hooks and hinges (excluding of covering steel sheeting), fastening, locking arrangement and hanging etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde 165, complete etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal not exc 5cm long, diameter of shank/neck 05-10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10mm dia, for horizontal tie bars/line wire for chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each hard and dense soil n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (any colour approved by GE), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint (as per existing colour), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M & L one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted stone and concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified

M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over old painted stone and concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls, concrete surfaces of any description and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new surfaces of any description of wall and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emultion paint over and including one coat of exterior wall primer (All as per manufacturers instructions) including necessary scafoding and safety arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting fixed with coach screws and washers in roof, wall etc, including dismantling of existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based steel sheet of approved profile of corrugation, 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with Grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified

S & F factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 40 mm thickness M-35 Grade with Grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling under floors , inter locking tiles/paver blocks or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for providing precast factory made cement concrete (type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) louvres and jallies, 35 mm thick (measured solid), set in CM 1:4 including all mould- ings but excluding frame incl taking out existing damaged jalli all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made precast reinforced cement concrete posts of size 100mmx100mmx750mm between RCC Jalli, fixed on boundry wall including cutting holes into brick wall and embedding the post in PCC 1:2:4 type B1/ in CM 1:4 with and including taking out existing damaged concrete posts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made precast kerb stones (M-20 concrete) of size 300x300x100mm, set and jointed in CM 1:4 including necessary excavation and earth work with and including taking out existing damaged kerb stone edging, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L factory made precast cement concrete solid blocks (M-20) of size 300mmx300mmx50mm thick, laid flat, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, with and incl taking out existing damaged concrete blocks etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining. Galvanised steel barbed wire for fencing shall confirm to IS-278-2001. Galvanised barbed wire shall be manufactured from galvanized mild steel wire conforming to IS-280-2006, Galvanised coating of steel wire shall conform to the requirements as laid down for medium coated wire in IS-4826, Hot dipped galvanized coating on round steel wires. and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. with and including dismantling of existing barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.
