Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof pad, floorings, including finishing the surface including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces with finishing the surfaces even & fair without using extra cement including water proofing compound and M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of roof surfaces and applying waterproofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces after application of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm and applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm providing and laying APP polymer, modified, non-woven polyester mat, reinforced membrane, 3.00mm thick , weighing 3.5 Kg /Sqm with surface finish by torch application method, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction and finally applying with one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 100 gms/ Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation. etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness, includinguding cover fillets and M&L for 6 mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with nails, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation. etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness, includinguding cover fillets and Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height with GRG (Glass Fibre reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tile of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%,NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, non combustible as per BS 476(Part4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimium) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-grid of hot dripped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per Sqm including both sides) comprising of main T-runner of size 15x32mm of length 1200mm and sectinally intermediate cross T of size 15x32mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600mmx600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanised @80 grams per Sqm) i.e. 50mm long,8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastners 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling, floor any type, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complet including M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor (1:4) on vertical surface as in backing coat, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor any type, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complet including M&L 300x300 mmx7-8 mm thick ceramic non skid tiles in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement morta 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor any type, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complet including M&L coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid in floors set and jointed as per manufacturer's instructions Over & including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No- 6 above but in skirting including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor any type, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complet including M&L coloured vitrified tile 10 mm thick, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid in floors set and jointed as per manufacturer's instructions Over & including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No- 8 above but in skirting including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n. exc 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame), complete all as specified and directed.
