Material and Labour for Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint ( shade as approved by GE) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5.00 Sq.m / litre / 2.00 coats by using roller to External walls / RCC surfaces / Soffits of Chajjas / Roof projections / Cantilevers / Balcony etc. surfaces over with and including one coat of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Primer @ 11.00 Sq.m / litre / 1.00 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion by using the brands of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint and Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Primer as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
Material and Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

(iv) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing water heater (Geyser) Auto restrat and safety measures type electrical operated 230/240 Volts 25 ltr capacity, BEE 5 star rated complete with all safety equipment and accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, plug top, etc. required for proper functionality & including electric/earth connections and carrying out grounting & complete installations with mounting bolts,nuts including testing after installation complete complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
Supply and fixing Single Pole and Neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including one MCB single pole of capacity 25 Amps,'C' curve,10KA , 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: The rate of one MCB single pole of capacity 25 Amps,'C' curve, 10KA, 240 volts is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
Material and Labour for Making the hole under road and hard standing suitable for laying and inserting pipe up to 100mm dia pipe of any length by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The rate of pipe is not included in this item and Pipe of suitable size shall be measured and paid seprately under relevant item of Schedule 'A' BoQ.
Supply and fixing GI tubing, light grade 80 mm bore complete with all fittings for cable protection, fixed along poles or laid under floor , under road and hardstanding etc. complete with flat iron clamps of size 25mm x 4 mm , nuts, bolts and washers complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in- Charge.
