Excavation in soft / loose soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading watering and consolidation in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete.

Labour and tools for breaking of PCC (for taking out PCC poles) and removing broken PCC outside cantonment area to a distance beyond 5 km but not exceeding 15 km and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Steel tubes ISI marked light grade galvanised with all fittings fixed to walls / poles / laid in road crossing etc as required including taking down old unserviceabe pipes of following sizes:-

(a) 40 mm bore

(b) 80 mm bore

Supplying, laying or fixing or passing through pipe, testing and commissioning 1100 volts grade ISI marked XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed steel tape / wire armoured underground stranded aluminium conductor cable including taking out old unserviceable cable of following sizes :-

(a) 10 sqmm 2 core

(b) 16 sqmm 2 core

(c) 16 sqmm 4 core

(d) 25 sqmm 4 core

(e) 50 sqmm 3.5 core

(f) 70 sqmm 3.5 core

(g) 95 sqmm 3.5 core

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt , earth lead of galvanised iron strip of size 25x4 mm connectd to GI earth plate elcectrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron pipe medium grade 15mm bore and 20mm bore light gradeGI pipe with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. Supplying and fixing in renewal straight through joint heat shrinkable type cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade XLPE cable of following sizes:-

(a) 25 sqmm 4 core to 50 sqmm 3.5 core.

(b) 70 to 150 sqmm 3.5 core.

M&L for sand filling in trenches with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables complete.

Supplying and laying old size bricks, common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' designation 75 laid in trenches over sand for cable protection complete.

Restringing/restretching aluminium conductor on existing over head lines( dismantled including necessary binding with binding wire with insulator , connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to PCC/steel tubular poles 9/11 mtrs upto 1.5 mtrs height from ground level with white and yellow synthetic enamelled paint in alternate strips of 30 cms all as specified and directed.

Numbering of poles with synthetic enamelled paint with letters of size not less than 50mmx10mm (HeightxWidth) compete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement with new LED Street light luminaries in a single piece, IP 65 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium SMD LED street light in white colour with heat resistant toughened glass, 35/40 Watt, having LED in built control gear including up to 2.5 mtr twin core copper conductor for connection of street light fitting from LT OH line/ ceiling rose including taking down old UNSV street lights all as specifeid and directe. by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No. 24 above but 70 watt complete all as specifeid and directed. by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement with new LED Flood light in a single piece, IP 65 powder coated pressure die cast in yellow colour with heat resistant toughened glass, 70 Watt, having LED in built control gear including up to 2.5 mtr twin core copper conductor for connection of flood light fitting from LT OH line/ ceiling rose including taking down old unserviceable flood lights all as specified and directed.

S&F Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit external dia 20 mm fixed to street light pole for connection, exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc., complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F weather proof flat twin core aluminium conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm for connection of street light, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DB for street light made out of PVC sheet 3.0mm thick, dust and vermin proof out door type of size 350mmx300mmx150mm (HxWxD) with arrangement of incoming and outgoing feeder with 04 Nos copper bus bar of 32 Amp, for termination of line with and including single MCB SP 230V. 5A 10 KA (in accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1) and making arrangement for fixing wire twin core aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm from DB to light fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Timer switch with sheet metal enclosure pole mounted type fabricated out of 16 gauge steel sheet consisting of following : - (i) Digital type time swith 24 hours with Power contactor single phase of 32 /TP Amp and MCB of 40 Amp SPN (CAT Part No. IHXSS01060 of Havells " or equivalent from the list of makes given in particular specifications.

Timer switch with sheet metal enclosure pole mounted type fabricated out of 16 gauge steel sheet consisting of following : - (i) Digital type time swith 24 hours with Power contactor single phase of 65 /TP Amp and MCB of 63 Amp SPN (CAT Part No. IHXSS03120 of Havells " or equivalent from the list of makes given in particular specifications.

Supply & Fix Galvanised steel Rod 16 mm diameter and 2.5 mtr length for building Lighting arrester all as specified and directed.

M&L steel tubular swaged pole 09 metre long complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and secrew all as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting upto 1.5M above PCC coping in black and white strips 5 Nos each 30 CM high starting from botting of pole. The pole shall be coated with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally up to the planting depth. The remaining portion of the exterior shall be painted with on coat of red oxidor primer including dismantling of old damaged LT poles of any type and size for taking credit complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for Outdoor type factory made Bus bar chamber of size 0.45 x 75 x 0.40 M depth made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, suitable for 63 AMP Changeover switch 4 pole, 415 volt, 25 KA having locking arrangement, provn of suitable hole at bottom for incoming and outgoing UG cables incl painting with 2 coat of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide promer on exterior and interior faces of Bus bar chamber, errection of Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 and fixing and connection of changeover switch including earth work and provn of suitable frame at bottom made out of angle iron of size 40 x40 x6mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting of road not exceeding 100 CM depth for laying of UG Cable incl make good the surface of road with cement plaster mix 1:2 of suitable quantity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 25 x4 Galvanised earth continuity conductor of main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or cheses or buried in ground of drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any outher indicated situation for loop earting etc. as required and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning in CPRI approved outdoor cubical type LT of size 1.5Mx1.2Mx0.60M depth,(HxBxD) panel suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, AC supply system with short circuit withstand capacity 35 MVA for 1 second, IP 54 protection, fabricated in compartmentalized design with CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, factory made, totally enclosed having front and rear openable, powder coated, dust, weather & vermin proof, having TPN aluminium bus bars of rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on 'F' class SMC insulators, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 75 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switchgears with required size bus bars and control wiring with minimum 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates including digital multi functional meter to measure voltage, current, PF & frequency and mounted on by making suitable PCC foundation, necessary inter connection including following controls :-

Incoming:- One number MCCB 250 amp, 4 pole, Ics 36 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz with thermal magnetic release adjustable between 40% to 100% against overload setting as per Legrand cat ref no. 4202 48 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved. Outgoing:- (i) One numbers MCCB 160amp, 4 pole, Ics 25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz, thermally adjustable between 70% to 100% against overload setting as per Legrand cat ref no. 420057 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved. (ii) One numbers MCCB 100amp, 4 pole, Ics 25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz, thermally adjustable between 70% to 100% against overload setting as per Legrand cat ref no. 420055 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved. (iii) One numbers MCCB 63 amp, 4 pole, Ics 25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz, thermally adjustable between 70% to 100% against overload setting as per Legrand cat ref no. 420053 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.
