Construction of 33/11 KV power/feeder line for 33/11 (1X10 MVA) Sub Station at IA. Kosi Kotwan Extension-II, District Mathura under Atal Industrial Infrastructure Mission 3.0 (2024-25).

Supply and laying of 300 sq. mm 3 core standered aluminium conductor XLPE (Cross linkedpolyethylene) insulated PVC bedded, Galvanised flat steel strip armoured cables confirming to I.S. 7098 (Part-II with latest amendments)33 KV grade at a depth of 900 mm below ground level in existing Pipe/Surface. The armouring of cable shall be properly connected with earth conductor by clamps etc. (Havells/Gloster/Grandlay/Polycab as make approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying of 185 sq. mm 3 core standered aluminium conductor XLPE (Cross linkedpolyethylene) insulated PVC bedded, Galvanised flat steel strip armoured cables confirming to I.S. 7098 (Part-II with latest amendments) 11 KV grade at a depth of 900 mm below ground level. The armouring of cable shall be properly connected with earth conductor by clamps etc. (Havells/Gloster/Grandlay/Polycab as make approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and erection of steel tubular pole 410-SP-55 11M long. 227 Kg complete including foundation work with 1/6th of overall length of pole below ground level with 45cm dia cement concrete with 45cm above the ground leval. The foundation of underground will not be less than 20cm thick layers of cement concrete in the ration of 1:3:6 (Cement : coarse sand : over burnt brick ballast/stone ballast), The brick ballast/stone ballast will be used of 1.25cm size with stone pad of 30x30x7.5cm at the base. as per direction of E/I of work/site including all T&P, men and material for proper completion of work. (The Should be galvanized in first section as per technical specification of DVVNL.)

Supply & fixing PG clamp suitable for ACSR conductor made from LM-6 material including cost of all material, men and T&P.

Supply & Laying of 150 mm dia GI pipe B class for climbing up the cable from ground to overhead line including all acessories material,labour and T&P.

Supply & fixing Danger board fabricated from 10 guage M.S. sheet including cost of fixing clamp with nut & bolts, cost of material, men and T&P.

Supply & Erection of Number plate with clamp for 33 KV including cost of clamp with nut & bolts, cost of material, men and T&P.

Supply & fixing anti climbing device/GI barbed wire on ST pole including cost of all material,men and T&P. as per direction of engineer in charge.(2 Kg for each pole)

Supply and erection of stay of HT lines for ST pole with GI anchor plate (152x152x6mm) stay rod (16mm dia x 1.85 m long) GI stay below (16mm dia rod , thriple, double stay tightener, stay insulator, clampas & stay wire (GS 7/3 .15mm) including grouting in 1:4:8 ratio of cement corcente using coars sand, over burnt brick ballast as per direction of engineer in charg complete in all respect as per technical specification of DVVNL approved by E/I

P/L MS Steel pipe 200 mm dia (by trenchless method) made out of steel plate as per IS 2062 grade Fe-400 6mm thic as per IS 3589 installation of pipe by horizental boaring method.The pipe will be laid at depth of 3M including all acessories material,labour and T&P required as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply & Laying of 160 mm HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket,bend,couple etc. confirming to IS 14930 Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc direct in ground (750-1000mm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the treanch. including cost of material,labour and T&P.

Supply & Laying of 160 mm HDPE pipe (by manual trenchless horizental boaring) ISI marked along with all accessories like socket,bend,couple etc. confirming to IS 14930 Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc direct in ground (750-1000mm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the treanch. including cost of material,labour and T&P.(Rate w/o GST)

Supply & erection of "D" clamps of 50 mm x 6mm flat iron on steel tubular poles / steel rail poles with bolts, nuts etc. complete in all respects including painting with aluminium paint .

Providing earthing of ST pole by 20mm dia MS earthing rod in 2500mm length, insert vertically for earthing complete with earthing lead of no. 6 to 8 SWG wire as per direction of Engineer -in-charge including cost of all material, men and T&P. (For ST Pole)

Painting of the electric pole with 2 coats of aluminium paint over red oxide primer complete in all respect.

Supplying and erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 30 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cmat the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Finishing with yellow epoxy paint (two coat or more coat) at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete on concrete work.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacturer as per E/I.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of work information board in M.S. frame made by 50mm dia Square Pipe of Stainless steel grade SS-304 & 16 mm thick base plate with back supporting of bracing by MS flat of 25x6mm and 2.85 Mtr long supporting leg made from 65mm pipe SS-304 grade with proper grouting arrangement. The board should be Retro reflective type in green color with white letters as required and shall be fixed at a height of 1.2 Meter from ground by providing 0.45x0.45x0.60 Mtr cement concrete stone pad as per drawing enclosed.HO letter No.1150/UPSIDA/PGM Camp/Dt: 16.09.2022
