Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Modern Butter and Ghee Plant of Capacity 10 MTPD on Turn Key Basis at New MVK Dairy of KOMUL

The tenderer should be a Manufacturer who must have manufactured,tested and supplied the materials / equipment(s) similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required during last 3 years

The Bidder should be a manufacturer / Supplier of items specified in Tender and should be in Business for last 5 years

The Bidder should have satisfactorily completed minimum 3 Projects of similar nature in Butter and Ghee processing for reputed Co-op and Corporate sector

For Authorised Dealer/ Supplier the supply quantity is upto 30% of the total tender quantity during last 3 years.

Bidders quoting as Authorized Representatives of a Manufacturer, meeting the requirement in full, can also be considered, provided the manufacturer furnishes Authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and Warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC

The Bidders financial turnover in the same name and style in any one of the last 3 years, shall be above Rs.10 Crores. Turn-over Certificate by Auditor shall be enclosed as proof of Financial Turn-over

The Bidders has to submit Audited Balance Sheets and I.T. Returns for last 3 years. (Years 2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23)

Reports on financial standing of the bidder such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets and auditors report of the past three years, bankers certificates etc
