Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling rolling shutters in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc.without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling existing toughened glass partition/Door without any damage and fixing the same in the space provided with proper fixing arrangement and making necessary finishes all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ .05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel rade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and olyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick(minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of

12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12 micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 7.5 mm thick PVC plain panel board ceiling of approved quality in aluminium frame work with necessary screws etc complete (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-incharge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

ACP : Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding over Aluminium rectangular tube of minimum size 50x25x2mm, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing.

The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics including all required & complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in Sqm. up to two decimal places.

FURNITURE WORKS

Double Level Counter: Providing and fixing Double Level Counter, first step at 750 mm from ground, 900mm wide and Counter top at 1100 mm level and 300 mm wide. 12mm thick acrylic sheet (pure white in colour) to be used for counter top on 25 mm thick prelaminated commercial ply. Display unit with 8mm thick toughened glass fascia and 18mm thick prelaminated shelves to be in built in counter with movable shutter. Counter should contain retractable keyboard trays and partitioned drawers with drawer channel, cupboard units with swing door and auto close hinges. Drawers and cupboard are to be fixed with individual locks and handles. Cable manager and leg space are also to be provided.150mm high SS glossy skirting all Complete as per the design and instructions of engineer in charge. 12mm thick toughened glass partition to be provided above counter up-to roof height with necessary counter opening. Note: Only front elevation of wooden counter will be measured. (12mm thick toughened glass will be paid separately). Make laminate: GREENLAM, MARINO or equivalent.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass partition of approved brand and manufacture, including top & bottom fixing arrangement counter opening and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Counter Height Stools : Supply and installation at site counter height stools of following specifications :Revolving adjustable Chrome plated steel body chairs with resistance to the corrosion. Cushion Seat with Lift mechanism for Adjustment of height. Minimum height 750mm before expansion. Medium Back rest and arm rest. Item shall be of reputed make.

Medicine display shelf: Providing and fixing of Open Wooden display laminated cabinets of length 900mmX height 2500mm made up of Pre-laminated MDF Board, exterior Grade-I 18 mm thick confirming to IS: 14587 with decorative lamination on both side with proper provision of racks and shelves. Bottom storage unit of 600mm deep storage shall be 750mm from the ground with display wooden shelves @150mm C/c. Upper storage unit provided with display wooden shelves @150mm C/c and 450 mm deep and height of 1750mm from the bottom storage unit. All the edges to be finished with edge band and shelves to be fixed with proper bracket holders complete as per approved layout, drawings and instruction of Engineer in Charge. Note: Only front elevation will be measured.

Slotted Angle Racks : Supply and erection of Powder coated slotted angle metallic rack having min 8 shelves made up of min 40 X 40 X 2 mm size rolled steel angle posts shall have 8-mm diameter holes provided at 50-mm centre to centre. Metal shelves shall be made from mild steel sheets not less than 1.0 mm in thickness and with sufficient stiffners. Shelves shall have lipped flanges width of flange being 30 mm and depth of lip 15 mm .Min size of rack 900mm Length X 450mm Depth X 2100mm Height.
