B/R PORTION:: Dismantling of single layer Mangalore Pattern roof tile laid dry complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 1 above but bedded in lime or cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets spacing exc 15 CM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position unframed work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as roof trusses(framed), trusses purlins, crane gantries , rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing(beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F For 6 mm thick ms plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of iron of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F For pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F For Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley, gutters etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for false ceiling with 4mm thick designer 'E' board fixed on GI grid work with powder coated finish on exposed surface of size 0.6 x 0.6m consisting of GI angle supported on wall of size 24mm x 28 x 0.7mm main tee of size 24mm x38mm x 0.7mm, cross tee of size 24mm x 28mm x 0.7 mm using porpose made members interlocking to each other and with 3mm dia GI wire and making holes etc all as directed including two coats of white wash on ceiling after preparation of surfaces and as per manufacture instruction including taking down old ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of GI Grid work : Armstrong/Swastik/Techno Grid Make of 'E' board : Everest/Indian Gypsum/Armstrong or equivalent approved .
