(d) Laying a protective coat of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 kg cement or as per manufacturers instruction, of approved make on all surfaces of sunken area including vertical wall upto 450mm height, after preparations as mentioned above. Retrofication/Rehabilitation/Strengthening and Repair to RCC members :- M&L for Preventive treatment against the danger of carbonation in exposed faces of RCC members as given below :- (i) Taking down plaster from concrete surface,Cleaning existing surfaces of RCC members and making surface free of loose material, oil, grease etc. by vigorous wire brushing/grinding as directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) Further, cleaning using biocide (as recommended by manufacturer) to ensure that surface is free of algae and fungus and no trace of paint (any type) left out. (iii) Cleaned surface to be allowed to dry. (iv) Spray a coat of primer (as recommended by manufacturer) over dry cleaned surface as required prior to final finish. Primer shall be diluted in proposition 2:1 with mineral turpentine. After application, primer shall be allowed to dry for 03 hours or as directed. (v) Apply a coat of neat Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) over the primed surface with air / spray gun at nominal rate of 3.5 ltrs per sqm as recommended by manufacturer. (vi) Apply a second coat of Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) after 5-6 hours as recommended by manufacturer complete and spraying sand manually on painted surface while the paint is wet all as specified and directed. (vii) Apply plaster of required thickness (minimum 10mm) in Cement Mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC @ 0.2 ltr per bag of cement as per manufacturer instructions. Make - Fosroc Dekguard S or equivalent of Sikka/ Mapei

M&L for following treatment on RCC surfaces :- (i) Removing plaster & finishes all around the columns, slabs & beams (on all four sides of column to full height , three sides of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete and under cutting/exposing the reinforcement all around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed). (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet. (v) Removing visible rust using rust remover Rebaaklens RR of Fosroc or equivalent of sika/ or Mapei along the length of reinforcement . (The Engr-in-charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved) (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to old bars :- (i) Cleaning of all exposed old bars alround, and where directed weld new rebar of same dia (bar will be paid separately). (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround old bars as recommended by the manufactuer (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on old bars alround as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of rebars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating. NOTE :- Measurement will be taken of surface area of reinforcement bars. Make - Fosroc NitoZinc Primer or equivalent of Sikka / Mapei

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25-30 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed within 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed. Make - Fosroc Epoxy Bond Coat-Nitobond EP , PMM-Renderoc Sp40 or equivalent of Sikka or Mapei

M&L for treatement of cracks found in the core concrete :- (i) Opening of crack by making a ' V' notch/groove of size 12mm x 12mm over the entire length of the crack as identified by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) cleaning ' V' notch/groove of all dust/debris/loose material

M&L for fixing injection nipples for grouting operation as per following steps :- (i) Drilling hole of 16mm dia and about 40mm deep along the length of crack @ (300 mm c/c or thickness of structural member whichever is less) Note : In case length of crack is found less than 300 mm then min 2 holes shall be drilled. (ii) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole drilled above and fixing the nipple with the help of fast setting epoxy putty. (iii) seal the surface around the nipple and the area of crack between successive nipples polymer modified mortar to ensure that there is no leakage from any gap. (iv) Allow the polymer modified mortar to cure for 24 hours and ensure that firmly fixed in postion. (v) cleaning nipple one by one commencing from the top to bottom in case of column and one by one in alternate direction incase of beam/slab using blow compressed air followed by water injection and ensuring that there is no obstruction in free flow of grouting materials complete all as specified and directed. Make - Fosroc, Sikka, Mapei NOTE :- Each injection nipple shall be measured as one Unit.

M&Lfor Injecting " resin with very low viscosity monomer by mixing resin and hardener in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air & resin. Grouting to be done in cracks till the nozzle refuses to accepts the grout. Note :(i) pressure shall be in the range of 2-3 kg/sq cm and shall be done in nipples one by one as per order recommended by manufacturer. Mixing of resin and hardener shall be mixed in small quantities so as it is consumed within 30 minutes. Before use mixer shall be stirred thoroughly. (ii) Allow entire effected surface to cure for 24 hours. (iii) cutting out projected parts of the nipple & seal the hole in the nipple with epoxy putty as recommended by manufacturer. (iv) cleaning exposed surface of substrate off any dust /loose material after ageing of the grout as recommended by manufactuer. Make - Fosroc Injection Grout:Conbextra EP10 or equivalent of Sikka or Mapei

M&L for preparing surfaces for treatment of core concrete when found to be porous/honeycombed in following steps :- (i) Marking the area in marker as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) Drilling holes of 16mm dia in an orthogonal grid on exposed cone of member @ 150 mm c/c both way, depth of the hole shall be about 60% of the element thickness. (iii) clean the drill hole using compressed air removing the dust/dirt. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole with the annular space around the nipple sealed with epoxy putty. It shall be ensured that the injected grount does not leak. (v) Allow the nipple to cure for 24 hours.Make - Fosroc , Sikka , Mapei NOTE :- Each injection Nipple shall be measured as One Unit.

S&F 12mm dia steel sheer connector in grid pattern in between old core and new concrete as wherever directed by Engr-in-charge and as specifed by manufactuer including drilling hole of depth of 100 mm and chemical anchoring with pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar (Master flow 935 of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/Mapei). (The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade as per following description :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : MasterEmaco S46T of BASF, FOSROC Renderoc RG45 or equivalent of Mapei using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is inclueded in this item.

M&L for Drilling & chemical anchoring of new rebars/stirrups as per following description :- (i) Drilling in to the sound RCC members for anchoring of rebars/stirrups as directed, the dia of hole to be match with dia of rebar & length of drilling as under :-8 mm dia bar - drilling length 80 to 100 mm. Note : Anchoring of new re-bars of any dia as directed in to the sound RCC members as directed using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar (Master flow 935 of BASF , FOSROC Lokfix E77 or equivalent of Mapei) with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes as mentioned above for proper bonding into the concrete etc., complete is part of this item. The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is included in this item.

M&L for Drilling & chemical anchoring of new rebars :- (i) Drilling in to the sound RCC members for anchoring of rebars/stirrups as directed, the dia of hole to be match with dia of rebar & length of drilling as under :- 16 & 20 mm dia bar - drilling length 160 to 180 mm Note : Anchoring of new re-bars of any dia as directed in to the sound RCC members as directed using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar (Master flow 935 of BASF , FOSROC Lokfix E77 or equivalent of Mapei) with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes as mentioned above for proper bonding into the concrete etc., complete is included in this item. The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item. Note for Sl. item no 174 & 175 :-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately in respective item.

M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets, steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. For the purpose of payment area in touch with concrete shall be measured.

S&F for strengthening existing reinforcement by use of mild steel bars of any dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying unidirectional high strength glass fibre sheet nitowrap GW or equivalent sikka 935 GSM/dry fabric thickness (=0.36mm ) has to be overlapped 4 times to achieve > 1.3 mm thickness. The FRP fabric shall be of unidirectonal fibres having fibre density of 2.56 g/cc and shall have tensile strength >2300 MPa tensil modulus > 76 GPa. ultimate elongation 3.1% the substrate shall be primed with natowrap primer and nitowrap encapsulation or equivalent Resin shall be used for saturation the fibres . The adhesion of the entire system (FRP) sheet, saturant and primer combined) with concrete shall be > 3.5 MPa with concrete failure as per ASTM D4541 . The glass fibre fabric shall be wrapped to RCC members at the desired orientation using tamping rollers to avoid any air voids etc and sprinkling of sand shall be carried out over the final surface, all complete as per direction and satisfactionof the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item Nos 164 to 178 :- (a) The work of structural retrofitting as contained in BoQ item Nos 164 to 178 and as amplified in PS Clause No. 21 shall be executed before starting any other work and other works shall only be started after successful completion of structural retrofitting works. (b) The contractor shall submit MoU with experienced retrofitting specialist agency who is authorised applicator of construction chemical manufacturer being used in the work and same shall be approved by AGE (I) to carry out structural repair work . The agency should submit experience details of successfully completed similar works in the past. All the chemicals/mortars as mentioned in the items 164 to 178 above are as recommended by the manufacturers (Sika/Fosroc/BASF) instructions and shall be applied as per prescribed coverage area. The quoted rate against each item shall be inclusive of all the materials/chemicals etc and labour cost etc. The contractor shall bring the construction chemicals in sealed containers and submit all purchase vouchers which shall be entered in MB. Payment against work done shall only be released after receipt of purchase vouchers. It would have internal memory to store data of at least 200 modules. It would have inbuilt battery back-up. It would have IP-67 protection. It would support auto discovery of the meters and self healing mechanism for the breaks in the RF network.

Supply and Configuration of the Web based Software with following modules: (i) Meter Data Management Module The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data: (a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy (as applicable), Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency (b) Monthly billing survey data for cum energy and max demand (ii) Postpaid /Prepaid Billing Module The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users. The billing module would include functionalities for tariff setup, bill format setup, bill adjustment, occupation billing and vacation billing. It would allow postpaid and prepaid functionality as required. (iii) Occupation and Vacation Module The system would support occupation / vacation and billing reports. the software would be collecting data from DCU. The software would provide access to staff as well as the occupant for the data. (iv) Web site: There would be a dedicated website for the AGE and BSO team to view all the data and information. The designated users in MES would have the admin access to the application. The MES staff would also have the access of the key information on an android mobiles app (for admin use). (v) Customer Portal: The system would include a customer portal for the resident /occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data. There would be android and iOS mobile apps for the user to monitor its own data and balance on regular basis.

(vi) Energy Accounting Module: The system would include features of energy accounting. The system would be able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available. (vii) Communication Module: The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and SMS methods. (viii) Meter Master Data: The system would support meter master data repository. The system would support meter replacement process. (ix) Excel Export: The system would support export of metering and billing data in excel format. (x) Customer Care Module - the software would include a customer care module where the user would be log in any complaints. The service provider would monitor the complaints and carry out the necessary activities for the complaints resolution. (xi) Meter Installation Module - The software would include an app based meter installation module where the meter installation or changes can be captured on the app itself and the readings may be demonstrated to the user if required on the app itself. (xii) Activities Communication - The software support communication of the various activities such as occupation, vacation, meter change. personal detail change etc. with the user as well as the department on email. Make: Schneider, Innologix, SAP to be compatible with existing server (a) The software would be hosted either on GCC Server or on MES Server. In case the software is hosted on GCC Server, it would be transferred to MES server whenever the same is made available. (b) The software would contain two year defect liability including all operating expenses such as GPRS charges, hosting charges etc. (c) GE Bank account and one payment gateway would be provided by MES. The payment gateway would be integrated with the software.

Supply and Installation of single phase smart meter as repeater.

M&L for Provision of earthing with 600x600x6.0mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. Strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel (and 40mm dia GI medium grade pipe for protection of G.I strip) to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt, viz transformer, L.T. kiosk, H.T.lightening arrestors etc. including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including PCC foundation / chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20mm dia light grade G.I. Pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement, M& L complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil strata and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : GI strip and earth protection pipe upto and including 7.5 m length shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor)

Two year comprehensive maintenance for RF Metering system including operating costs during two years of defect liability period. They would include the following items: (a) Monthly SIM charges for the DCU. The contractor would ensure supply of appropriate SIMs to ensure necessary single availability. The contractor would change the SIM or SIM provider as required. In case of network issues, the contractor would liaison with the telecom service providers for necessary resolution. (b) Recurring SMS charges. The SMS would be issued for the payments alerts, low balance alerts and disconnection / connection alerts. (c) Software AMC. This would include necessary upgradations in the software such as support to the chrome browser changes, android version changes , iOS version changes. These changes happen on frequent basis and the software would support all the changes. (d) Changes in the government tariff structure. The government tariff structure changes may require software upgrade. The same would be included in the AMC scope of work. (e) Remote server admin support - Ensuring adequate database back up, upgradations in the operating system, anti virus updates, database upgrade etc. (f) Reports Development - The additional reports as needed for the success of the project would be developed. (g) Software installation on any alternate / backup server if required (h) The communication network monitoring and support (i) Configuration of the repaired / replaced hardware in the system. (j) Trouble shooting and necessary actions to run the system as required. (k) Software bug fixing as and when required.
