Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposing serviceable tiles to MES store and removing the rubbish/debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors, plinth protection/path/pavings etc not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/concrete block work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position (other than ground floor) not otherwise specifically provided for (in roof/floor/padding etc) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete clock or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing, wire mesh, any size and type, fixed with steel or wood fillets complete all as specified and diected.

Dismantling posts and struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion from ground by excavating soil or by demolition of concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed. NOTE:- Cost element for excavation of earth or demolition of concrete for taking out post/strut shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, manhole, UG cable, water supply pipe line etc area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing RCC pipe, 150mm bore, class NP-3, laid and jointed with collar complete all as directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in bed to drain pipes and forming cradles against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150 mm bore PVC/DWC/RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast machine pressed interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS- 15658-2006, 80mm thick, M-40 grade concrete with grey cement and no pigment, set and jointed in dry sand including providing 80mm thick dry sand filling below paver blocks complete all as directed

M & L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors laid in panels, finishing the surfaces even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, manhole etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for door cill, lintels, steps, copings, apex stones, boundary pillars, paddings, with plain fair faces including chamfering, weatherings, throatings etc and setting in cement mortar necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid) set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 including all mouldings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns/slabs, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns/slabs, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel round bar 10mm dia, cut to length, bend to shape required,drawing through chain link fencing for securing fence complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel framed work such as gate, door etc made out of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other coverings. Doors to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (Exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete. Steel sections shall conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel works as in fencing posts and struts including necessary cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, bolting, notching for wire etc, MS flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) complete and other similar items of work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing chain link fencing of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire, mesh size 50X50mm, including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of chain link shall be determined through BOO.

S&F 5 to 10 mm diameter of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed and to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, bolt length n.exc 5 cm long.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
