Cleaning/ removal of blockage of floor trap/ nahani traps of 75 mm/100 mm bore in kitchen/ bathroom/ toilets etc including removing PVC/ stainless steel grating and refixing the same with white cement & pigment to match the surface after making the floor/ nahani trap fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/ removal of blockage of gully trap any size and any depth including removing RCC covers and refixing the same after making the gully trap fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/ removal of blockage of Indian type WC and ‘P’/’S’ trap and making fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/ removal of blockage of Europian type WC ‘P’/’S’ trap and making fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/ removal of blockage of Europian type WC, ‘P’/’S’ trap including removing carefully, of EWC and cleaning the trap completely and making fully functional and refixing the WC in same position including necessary bolts and making good to disturbed surfaces with white cement and pigment to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage pipe lines of size upto 100mm dia bore at any depth and removing the blockage by rodding/ by using bamboo split or by mechanical means, between the manholes, Nahani traps to gully traps, gully traps to manholes including vertical stack pipes (where ordered), taking out all debries, sludge or any solid/foreign materials from sewage line and flushing with water and testing after cleaning for leakages/clogging, etc. complete including removing the debries to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/ removal of blockage of upto 100 mm bore pipes of any description fixed to walls including removing the access plate of bend door and refixing the same after making the pipes fully functional, including all necessary arrangement upto 7th floor complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage in sewage pipe lines between Manhole to Manhole of any bore of pipe and in any depth distance and removing the blockages using by vehicle mounted jet pressure or vaccum system cleaning of pipes and taking out all debries, sludge or any solid/ foreign materials from sewage line and flushing with water and testing after cleaning for blockages/ clogging etc. including removing the debries to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

De-silting of manholes upto 1.00 metre depth and removing of clogged mud, muck, silt, floating materials, hard materials like stone/ brick bats from inside the manholes and mouth of pipes, to a distance 100metres away from the site including taking up manhole covers of any description and re-fixing in the same position after de-silting complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The rate quoted deemed to include for clearing of bushes upto 2 metre all around the manhole).

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for. M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, chamber/ cover slabs (for man holes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:4 where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking required and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 for stretched wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs mild steel plain black sheet, 1.6mm thick as in cladding, cut to required size , bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc., placed in position and welded all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling iron work of any description complete all as specified and directed.
